Timpson is a national chain, you know you'll get good service , and if keys don't work they will redo them, just keep your receipt. I gave 4 stars as they are expensive compared to other independent stores , £9 for a standard key or 2 for £15.

Amazing guy. Sorted my watch out and was really friendly and honest. Also got a few mins to grab an Asda ship in.

Staff great had a battery replaced in my watch somehow after the hands didn't line up correctly took it back and the staff were very friendly and just lined them back up.

Came in for some keys cut I had been to 2 different companies before hand because they were a little bit cheaper but none of them worked so thought bite the bullet and pay the extra, I wish I had come here first I told the gentleman what had happened he said I will cut them go and try them all then come back and pay me, I was shocked at how trustworthy he was, I tried them all, they all worked and I did go back to pay him, this is fantastic service Darren is a credit to your company and I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

Chris was excellent. Painstakingly repaired a pair of R&B espadrilles by taking all the rope off down to the cork, they look better than they did when new. Oh & he fitted 3 lifetime watch batteries! Chris is a super star....🌟
