Damon was amazing. His communication prior to booking his services was impeccable and from making the booking via text he quickly confirmed a date and time and was punctual arriving exactly when he said he would. The workmanship was excellent and he got the door working in no time at all replacing the handle and making all the necessary adjustments to a very warped door. He came out the same day at a time convenient to me, quickly assessed the situation and even took the time to explain what the problem was. He arranged to come back the following day and sent me various options with clear pricing. On the day of fitting he arrived promptly, was tidy and got the job done within half an hour.
