My 22year old daughter got up for work at 5 am and the key had broken in her bedroom door, she couldn’t get out. Someone came within 30 mins and got her out! Service was amazing , thank you so much

Amazing service. Andrew was there within the hour, late in the evening to fix my 85 year old mother’s door, who lives alone. He kept in contact with me via the phone to explain what was occurring and he was compassionate and kind to my mum which my mum really appreciated as did I. …Oh and of course he fixed the door too… ☺️ Thank you.

Cannot praise the service enough! Called at midnight for an emergency with my car’s Disklok steering wheel cover. I had travelled for a wedding and forgotten the key at home with everything happening, theses locks are extremely difficult to disable. Throughout it all I was reassured and after a lot of trying, success! Thank you so much, got me out of a terrible (and stupid) situation during a very important time.

Locksmith arrived well within the promised one hour, neatly removed a lock to allow us access and replaced with a better product in about 15 minutes - amazing. Overall excellent service. Note, I had two locksmiths turn down the work and one who said they could do it but an hour later rang to say they actually couldn't before I called White Rose. I'll certainly be keeping their details, just in case we stupidly leave spare keys in the locks when we go out.

When I was refused a key for my 21 year old smart car from the dealers, I thought it was finished. These guys provided me with 2 new keys when many others including Mercedes could not. Great service, and truly knowledgeable.

I picked my 11 month old daughter up from nursery and put the keys down as I put her in car seat.. shut the door, the car locked itself with the keys on her.. we didn’t have a spare key. I was going into meltdown and ready to smash the window.. I tried 3 locksmiths who couldn’t get there, mechanic from the local garage came up and it was deadlocked, rang Anthony and within 15 minutes he was there and within 3 minutes no longer had unlocked the car and I could get to my 11 month old with zero damage done to my car - cannot recommend this man enough! I Highly recommend Anthony. Had another auto electrician come to cut and program a new key. He made a right mess of it and after 3 hours of him messing about, I ended up with 2 keys that wouldn't unlock or lock the doors. Anthony sorted the problem in no time for a very reasonable price. Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. My door would not lock and when I phoned Locksmith Leeds - MobileLS Ltd they came out straight away and were very efficient polite. I was worried about a call out charge before any work was actually carried out, as I wasn’t to sure what was wrong with the locking mechanism, however there was no call our charge you only pay for the work carried out and parts. I am very pleased that I used MobileLS Ltd and would highly recommend.

Radu was recommended to me by a friend, he was quick to respond to my message, correctly diagnosed the issue from my description and offered to come within half hour but it was late at night and would have disturbed the house. He arrived at the agreed time in the morning and quickly gained entry and replaced the broken mechanism at a very reasonable price. From arrival to replacing the lock was just over 30 minutes. This is something I didn't have the tools for nor the knowledge to do myself. He's very friendly, professional and I absolutely recommend him based on this experience.

When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences. My front door lock lost it's will to live unexpectedly. It wasn't the first time my locks had proved temperamental. Carl was out to me within hours, gave me advice and clear pricing. Left it a few days before job completed, very happy as door multipoint jammed. Neil came on time unlocked door replace part and Alignment of door so fits like a sock. Our Barn door to the rear wouldn't open and we needed extra keys to the front door. Neil was very helpful, he had the keys cut, he was polite and quick to respond and even had a handle to hand to fix the door on the day.
