May be the best locksmith in Leeds! Called Radu for an emergency were the tenants couldn't unlock the door, and they were trapped inside. He arrived within 10 min and sorted the issue very quick at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Radu was recommended to me by a friend, he was quick to respond to my message, correctly diagnosed the issue from my description and offered to come within half hour but it was late at night and would have disturbed the house. He arrived at the agreed time in the morning and quickly gained entry and replaced the broken mechanism at a very reasonable price. From arrival to replacing the lock was just over 30 minutes. This is something I didn't have the tools for nor the knowledge to do myself. He's very friendly, professional and I absolutely recommend him based on this experience.

My door would not lock and when I phoned Locksmith Leeds - MobileLS Ltd they came out straight away and were very efficient polite. I was worried about a call out charge before any work was actually carried out, as I wasn’t to sure what was wrong with the locking mechanism, however there was no call our charge you only pay for the work carried out and parts. Messaged Billy regarding our patio door/lock being broken as well as our front door sticking, he provide an estimate for the jobs, which were reasonable and booked us in shortly after. Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. A truly professional Master Locksmith, efficient, helpful and polite - as the price was so low he will be highly recommended to our many landlord friends who need a quality service at a very reasonable price. I've had an absolutely brilliant service from these lads, they've rapidly changed my locks for a high security type ( after a few burglary incidents) and it was the best thing I've ever done. I feel so much safer now with this new lock, so thank you for a great service!

I called them on a saturday morning and Richard was here in 30 minutes, managed to twist the key inside the lock swiftly for a very fair price and without having to break anything, I would absolutely recommend them - Thanks guys!

Locksmith arrived well within the promised one hour, neatly removed a lock to allow us access and replaced with a better product in about 15 minutes - amazing. Overall excellent service. Note, I had two locksmiths turn down the work and one who said they could do it but an hour later rang to say they actually couldn't before I called White Rose. I'll certainly be keeping their details, just in case we stupidly leave spare keys in the locks when we go out.

I picked my 11 month old daughter up from nursery and put the keys down as I put her in car seat.. shut the door, the car locked itself with the keys on her.. we didn’t have a spare key. I was going into meltdown and ready to smash the window.. When I was refused a key for my 21 year old smart car from the dealers, I thought it was finished. These guys provided me with 2 new keys when many others including Mercedes could not. Great service, and truly knowledgeable.

Left it a few days before job completed, very happy as door multipoint jammed. Neil came on time unlocked door replace part and Alignment of door so fits like a sock. Quoted between x and x amount via telephone he could have charged higher amount but charged the lower figure, after having a chat whilst Neil was working his craft can honestly say he is a genuine and fair person.
