Competent, efficient and sympathetic locksmith - even came down on New Years Eve, to fix a broken door lock. Really friendly chap called Gareth, knew his stuff, reasonably priced, takes online payment and I would highly recommend/use again! Thanks again Gareth : )

When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences. Within minutes we had arranged a date and time for the be lock to be fitted. Gareth arrived on time, was efficient and friendly. The block was dotted in no time and a full explanation was given has to how I register the new keys and how the warranty worked. I received my receipt before he left and we have had no issues since. My door would not lock and when I phoned Locksmith Leeds - MobileLS Ltd they came out straight away and were very efficient polite. I was worried about a call out charge before any work was actually carried out, as I wasn’t to sure what was wrong with the locking mechanism, however there was no call our charge you only pay for the work carried out and parts. I am very pleased that I used MobileLS Ltd and would highly recommend.

Locksmith arrived well within the promised one hour, neatly removed a lock to allow us access and replaced with a better product in about 15 minutes - amazing. Overall excellent service. Note, I had two locksmiths turn down the work and one who said they could do it but an hour later rang to say they actually couldn't before I called White Rose. I'll certainly be keeping their details, just in case we stupidly leave spare keys in the locks when we go out.

Cannot praise the service enough! Called at midnight for an emergency with my car’s Disklok steering wheel cover. Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. A very nice person came and solved my problem with the door. The lock was replaced in several stages, but my house remained safe. I am very pleased with the fast and high-quality service.

Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Left it a few days before job completed, very happy as door multipoint jammed. Neil came on time unlocked door replace part and Alignment of door so fits like a sock. Quoted between x and x amount via telephone he could have charged higher amount but charged the lower figure, after having a chat whilst Neil was working his craft can honestly say he is a genuine and fair person. When I was refused a key for my 21 year old smart car from the dealers, I thought it was finished. These guys provided me with 2 new keys when many others including Mercedes could not. Great service, and truly knowledgeable.

I picked my 11 month old daughter up from nursery and put the keys down as I put her in car seat.. shut the door, the car locked itself with the keys on her.. we didn’t have a spare key. I was going into meltdown and ready to smash the window..
