I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Excellent service from start to finish. Got a phone call telling me how to fix it rather than trying to upsell. When the fix didn’t work they supplied me with a new key complete with car logo on not just a cheap case all this was done in a couple of days & I Paid £25 for a new key and them swapping everything over really good value. Everyone I spoke to was polite and knowledgeable. In short I would defiantly recommend and use again if needed.

Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

Mark is a top tradesman highly trusted and hired him a few times very quick to sort problems and his pricing is very reasonable with quality work.

Our Barn door to the rear wouldn't open and we needed extra keys to the front door. Neil was very helpful, he had the keys cut, he was polite and quick to respond and even had a handle to hand to fix the door on the day.

Excellent service! I rang carl for advice about the security of my locks on my doors. He came the next day and went through my options. As we wanted to go ahead he fitted them there and then and even helped with our sticky and squeaky door. Couldn't recommend him more!

Called Mark at 5pm monday evening after I had removed the old cylinder lock from the front but couldn't get the new one to fit. Then couldn't get the old lock back in either, so big problem! Mark talked me through a couple of options for free (!) but I still couldn't get either lock to fit, so Mark sent an engineer and it was all sorted within 2 hours. Excellent service! Thanks Mark.
