I called Sam to repair a badly fitted flat roof on my garden room. The original guys (John Stovin & Adam) tried on 4 occasions to repair their shoddy work but then disappeared, obviously beyond their capabilities. So Sam comes along that same week, quickly identified the problem areas and advises of options. Best option in my mind was a reroof and replace the rotten boards. The weather delayed the job but Sam was there all the time giving me the confidence that he hasn’t forgotten. The guys came and completed my roof in good time and tidied the site with respect to my garden space and property. He’s looked at my 88 yr old mum in laws flat roof and identified a leak as not being the roof but something else, Sam in my opinion, isn’t a rip off merchant and priced competitively. As important he hasn’t had to come back for any snagging. I would definitely recommend Sam and Newlay Roofing.

I called Sam with a problem of our roof leaking causing internal damage to our restaurant in Leeds. Sam attended the same day to find the source of the leak. Not only did I receive a quotation the same day, he also organised and electrician to make the lights in the damaged area safe and a plasterer to secure before a permanent fix could be made. The works were completed to a very high standard and we have no further problems. I would highly recommend Sam for any roofing issues. Great work.

Fantastic work from the guys at NC Roofing. Really pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism and communication throughout. From attending to give a quote to completion of the work they clearly explained (and showed with photos) what was required and what they had done. Have heard so many horror stories about roofers (and had some dodgy ones give me quotes both much higher and unrealistically much lower) but pleased and relieved to find NC Roofing and can definitely recommend.

We had a dry verge installed last year by someone from Checkatrade, but they did such a poor job that it started falling off after just 10 months. Thankfully, we got in touch with these roofers, who provided a competitive price and excellent service. They installed a new dry verge properly, securing it with wooden battens for extra durability. They even went the extra mile by replacing a few cracked tiles for free using spare materials they had on hand. I would highly recommend them for any roofing work.

SDK Roofing are extremely professional. They’re clean, tidy and well organised - from the receptionist answering the phone, to mixing cement out on the street on a ground sheet to avoid mess. Danny is friendly and easy to get along with, which makes talking about what you want doing effortless. Finding good tradespeople is always a gamble, so I’m glad I’ve found a good one for any roofing work I need doing in the future.

I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. Fantastic service from Yorkshire Roofing, I knew my roof was in for a big job, quickly quoted and agreed, The scaffolding was up the next day and few days later they were on it, They showed me the state of the chimney too, so that was more work, But I didn't want a chimney falling on my new roof! The roofers from DPR roofing arrived when they said that they would, they were polite, kept us informed of the process, and were helpful if we had questions. From what we can see of the roof repairs from the ground, the work is very neat and professional.

Our once shabby asbestos covered garage (which leaked) now has a really smart, coloured metal, water-tight finish to it. DPR were great from start to finish. The survey was comprehensive and the surveyor was able to provide answers to all my questions as well guide me through how the new roof would work. The workmen who completed the job were polite, friendly and left the site clean and tidy. I would recommend this company.

We got a quote for our bay window roof doing, they came over and gave us professional images and a quote pack that also included photos of the current state of the roof. They came out cheaper than another roofer with a much longer guarantee so we proceeded. Communication was excellent from DPR and the end result was spot on. We received before, during repair and after photos. There was good communication afterwards when we needed the scaffolding removed too and they did all that side. We'll need a full new roof within the next few years and this will be the first company I contact for a quote.

Used M&S roofing to remove and install a new GRP roof where the original one had been poorly installed by a previous tradesman and ended up failing after 3 years. They came when they said they would, completed the job in the timescale indicated, (despite the british summer weather, providing a challenge half way through) did a good job and issued warrenty and guarantee.
