Very good job completed by Danny and his team. Got three quotes, but got a good feeling about Danny when he visited. Could see a lot of his work on social media, so felt comfortable giving him the job. New roof quoted for and completed within only a few weeks. They worked in the freezing cold, and completed the job on schedule. Tidied up after themselves every day. Would highly recommend.

Had full roof replaced and Chimney removed. by Danny and his team. Requested a quote came and sent out within the week. Work date fell behind due to bad weather we had but Dan kept me informed all the way through. Work completed skips and scaffold removed when said. Excellent job done by Danny and his team. We had chimney removed, new roof, guttering & fascias and now roof over the front door. We had a quote within a week which was reasonable and arranged a date to do the job. Danny kept us informed when scaffolding, skip & materials were coming. SDK were contracted to deliver a highly technical roofing solution on a new circa. £6m, 8 luxury apartment development in Harrogate called 2 The Oval. The development had to comply with strict planning conditions due to its location in a key conservation area of Harrogate. Our appointed contractor needed to be sympathetic and fully understand the complexity of the buildings construction which focussed on very traditional methods with very detailed features. SDK delivered beyond our expectations giving professional guidance and advice at various stages of the build. The quality of work was exceptional, care was shown throughout the process and engagement with other trades exemplary. With reliable communication, experienced planning, the contract was completed on time and on budget. No surprises, we encountered no problems whatsoever and our expectations were managed at all times. Tony and the guys from Leeds roofing company are without a doubt, the best guys around for any of your roofing needs. I have never met a more professional hardworking bunch of guys in my life, they took so much care and pride in their work, delivered beyond my expectations in half the time and were by far the most pleasant people i've ever had work on my house. Tony popped over one evening to have a look at my roof, he gave me several options on what he could do to try solve the issues with my leaky old roof. He was open and honest from the beginning and it was decided that in the long run, a new roof was the best course of action. I was incredibly nervous about having the work done, scaffolding, noise and mess, i didn't want any of it, but I honestly could not have picked a better man for the job. Tony and his team have been brilliant and have done an excellent job on our house. Stripped off our old roof, fitted a new roof plus guttering and pipes. Also cleaned up an old soffit which now looks as good as new and this avoided it having to be replaced. The guys worked long days and were friendly and always grateful for cups of tea! They were great at keeping everything tidy before finishing each day. We’d definitely highly recommend Tony and team to anyone needing this type of work doing.

We have used Andy to re-roof our last 2 houses and to do work on our firm’s office building. Dave came and gave me a price for a whole new roof fitting last year. Given that Dave has done work for other members of the family we knew he would come back to use with a decent quote as well as good quality roof! Dave and his team booked us in for the roof doing within a couple of weeks of receiving the quote and got the roof done within a few days! He originally gave me a quote for a full job and on what needed fixing/sorting, so transparent and honest from the start without pushing for work not needed doing. He updated me on changes with the time/date he’d be able to start work and cracked on with the job, with pictures sent after to show me what he had done. Bailey's & Co recently completed a whole new re-roof at my property, Dave initially assessed the roof and provided different quotes for whatever roof option I chose. I agreed to the reroof and he was prompt in booking in. On the day, the guys arrived on time and completed the job within the agreed timeframe. I am very happy with the work they did - they even cleaned up after themselves and took way the old roof tiles. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again, Top lads !! I have also recommended him to family members, my mum has also had a porch issue rectified by Bailey's and would also use him again.

Ryan and Peter have just replaced the guttering, drainpipes, facia's and soffit's on my elderly mum's bungalow. I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. I will certainly be contacting them for further Roofing work.

Recently had our flat roof in Leeds repaired. Harry was spot on with communication and kept me up to date with photos pre, during and post job. In comparison to some of the other roofers I spoke to before moving forward with the job he stood out for being professional and polite.

Had a leak in bedroom ceiling following slow thaw in January. We sent a drone up and it looked like the lead around the chimney needed attention. Harry came out to have a look (found the photo we had very useful) and agreed the work to be done in addition I requested the gutters be cleaned and he suggested cleaning the roof of moss. I asked for an estimate broken down per job which arrived later that day. The work was scheduled for a couple of weeks later. Harry and Sulim came over two days and completed the work and cleaned up afterwards. Really pleased with service and would recommend them. Thank you.
