Can’t recommend this company enough. Contacted Ian last night & he came this morning to treat an ant infestation in my garden. Very reliable, knowledgeable & polite & friendly. Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

Dear Nick & Jessica, and the staff at Agripest, after discovering an intrusion of pests under our house, we called on your services simply from the good responses we had read. You turned out promptly and carried out a thorough investigation, which identified a problem with a very old drain that had enable pests to gain access under our floor. The investigation only took about 1 hour, and you were able to resolve our problem to get rid of the pests with only minimal disruption. A follow up visit the following week indicated that the pests had gone, but you recommended a third visit a week later as a double check. First class service. Needed assistance after some wasps nests were discovered by our tradesmen during refurbish. These were under floorboards inside our home! Swift response to initial email even during the weekend, and delighted the fellas visited within 36x hours. Alarmingly 12x nests found!! All old ones fortunately, but removed upon request and plenty of advice given. Very pleased with such professional and courteous service.

Chris came to look at resolving a potential pigeon problem under my solar panels. He arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. A big thank you to Tom and Mark at Copley Pest Solutions. They arrived as scheduled, quickly located the wasp nest in my loft and, because it was inactive, safely removed it. We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies.
