I have used this company several times now over a few years. Always very professional and brilliant staff who tell you exactly what they are doing. Today they were with me within a couple of hours and job done. Won’t hesitate to use again if need to.

As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Their service and value is second to none and I don’t feel the need to go elsewhere else. Friendly and fast service (sometimes the same day). I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called Ian at Cedar pest control due to an infestation of wasps/nest in out bay window. Ian was very prompt and arrived the following day to reaolve the issue. He has great knowledge and experience and would not hesitate to use him again.

Having a few problems with Rats in the roof space and under the house. I used traps (with peanut butter) in the roof and caught 3 within a week. All went quiet for a while until I noticed the scurrying and gnawing returned and found our food cupboard had been raided. That was enough, so I called Jack from The Pest Company and he was straight on the job with an assessment and a plan of action. Within an hour he had scanned our semi detached bungalow and next door too, laid traps and gave advice. Jack said he would return in two weeks. For those two weeks we didn't hear anything and found he had caught a large rat when he returned. Jack came back again (after another 2 weeks) and I gave him the good news that it was still quiet and the traps were clean. A five Star rating for the excellent and professional service Jack provided. He gave us 3 timed appointments and was here bang on time every time and was always available when calling for advice. Having spotted pigeons showing an interest in gathering under our recently-installed solar panels, I explored the internet to find local companies with experience in fitting exclusion netting, and also to compare prices. I approached The Pest Company because of the level of information available on their website, in particular their knowledge and training with regard to the legal and humane aspects of bird nest removal. Whilst other quotes were cheaper, the level of information on the website gave me confidence in making the choice. Jack was quick in responding to my initial request for a quote, and he answered my queries quickly, which was reassuring. We arranged a date for the fitting of bird wiring around our solar panels and he arrived on time. Jack and his colleague Liam were friendly and cheerful. We were impressed by their approach to health and safety whilst at work. The installation was fitted within the quoted timescale and it is unobtrusive to look at. Found damp in our bungalow we moved into and got in touch with Rentokil. They sent Jason out to survey the property and his report came back within two weeks. We needed work doing in two rooms. The price was agreed and a date set to start. The date came round and Andy Wilson turned up on time to do the work. Andy was polite and friendly and a hard worker. I can say that there was no mess. Also the dust was extracted with his equipment he brought. His work was completed on time and with minimal fuss and mess. Good work Andy, you are a credit to the company, well done.

Dennis (Surveyor), Andy (Technician), and Joanne (telephone agent) was nothing short of amazing. Came out carried out the survey and reassured me it was a small job after being told it was a big job and would cost over £1k. Dennis provided a report and was honest and his experience shown throughout and the price was much less than what others had quoted. The office was great and kept me updated and ensured all my questions were asked. Andy was great, told me everything I needed and ensured my mind was at rest. Glad I chose Rentokil over others who came out. Thank you and I will defo use you again if needed and recommend you.

Having discovered a woodworm problem in our property, I approached Rentokil. Andrew Walker the surveyor arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew was polite and professional and explained clearly what was required to resolve the issue. He arranged for a technician to attend. Todd the technician was punctual, efficient and he too was very polite. I had to contact the office and was dealt with by Carla, Mandy and Joanne all three were pleasant and helpful. It has been a pleasure dealing with Rentokil and their team and would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Chris came to look at resolving a potential pigeon problem under my solar panels. He arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. As a result of his advice I probably don't need to do anything, saving me and my neighbours a lot of money! Dear Nick & Jessica, and the staff at Agripest, after discovering an intrusion of pests under our house, we called on your services simply from the good responses we had read. You turned out promptly and carried out a thorough investigation, which identified a problem with a very old drain that had enable pests to gain access under our floor. The investigation only took about 1 hour, and you were able to resolve our problem to get rid of the pests with only minimal disruption. A follow up visit the following week indicated that the pests had gone, but you recommended a third visit a week later as a double check. Where others shyed away at a swarm problem, Jess and Nick were both keen and responsive. I received a highly professional response from them, the appointment time was kept and my pest problem was sorted quickly and professionally. Whilst not cheap, the cost of treatment is minimal in comparison to making repairs, had the problem not been tackled. I can highly recommend Agripest management.

David at Pestek was knowledgeable and helpful about our pest issue and was able to book me in even though it was the week before Christmas. Had a terrible wasp problem. Ths came out the same day. Jon advised me that he could clear the wasps nest but to fill in the whole in the wall within 24 hours which l did. Jon also stated that wasps may return. The wasps did return and Jon as been out to resolve the problem free of charge and within a few hours of us calling. The service is second to none.
