Found damp in our bungalow we moved into and got in touch with Rentokil. They sent Jason out to survey the property and his report came back within two weeks. We needed work doing in two rooms. The price was agreed and a date set to start. The date came round and Andy Wilson turned up on time to do the work. Andy was polite and friendly and a hard worker. I can say that there was no mess. Also the dust was extracted with his equipment he brought. His work was completed on time and with minimal fuss and mess. Good work Andy, you are a credit to the company, well done.

Having discovered a woodworm problem in our property, I approached Rentokil. Andrew Walker the surveyor arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew was polite and professional and explained clearly what was required to resolve the issue. He arranged for a technician to attend. Todd the technician was punctual, efficient and he too was very polite. I had to contact the office and was dealt with by Carla, Mandy and Joanne all three were pleasant and helpful. It has been a pleasure dealing with Rentokil and their team and would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Andy attended to complete a small damp course. He arrived on time, was friendly and polite and did a very professional job. He left the site as tidy as he could. Strongly recommend him for future work.

Rentokil Leeds have completed damp proofing works at my property in Normanton, West Yorkshire today. The whole experience from initial call right through to getting the guarantee by email today has been fantastic. Suspected I had a wasps nest in the eaves of my house and rang Glen who arrived within the hour. He confirmed that I did indeed have wasps, and treated the nest immediately. Reassured me that if any were still alive he would return to deal with them. Very pleased with his service, prompt and courteous. Will definitely use again for any pest problems.

Rang in the morning due to wasps nest and it had been dealt with by the time I came home from work. Second time of using and received the same high standard of service as the first time. Would highly recommend. Excellent service from the start, if I could more than 5 stars I would.

We have used Glen a few times to help out with unwanted wasps nests (in different locations). He has always been very quick to get to us, very efficient in dealing with the problem and let us know what to expect after. We will definitely use him again if we have any more pest issues.
