Excellent service from Tom. He is friendly, professional, and kept me informed all the way. We had rat problem at one of our rental property and Tom managed to eradicate the rats, sealed all entry points in and out. I'm happy and tenants happy. Many thanks Tom for wonderful service. First class service. Needed assistance after some wasps nests were discovered by our tradesmen during refurbish. These were under floorboards inside our home! Swift response to initial email even during the weekend, and delighted the fellas visited within 36x hours. Alarmingly 12x nests found!! All old ones fortunately, but removed upon request and plenty of advice given. Very pleased with such professional and courteous service.

Chris came to look at resolving a potential pigeon problem under my solar panels. He arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. As a result of his advice I probably don't need to do anything, saving me and my neighbours a lot of money! Where others shyed away at a swarm problem, Jess and Nick were both keen and responsive. I received a highly professional response from them, the appointment time was kept and my pest problem was sorted quickly and professionally. Whilst not cheap, the cost of treatment is minimal in comparison to making repairs, had the problem not been tackled. I can highly recommend Agripest management.

Dear Nick & Jessica, and the staff at Agripest, after discovering an intrusion of pests under our house, we called on your services simply from the good responses we had read. You turned out promptly and carried out a thorough investigation, which identified a problem with a very old drain that had enable pests to gain access under our floor. The investigation only took about 1 hour, and you were able to resolve our problem to get rid of the pests with only minimal disruption. A follow up visit the following week indicated that the pests had gone, but you recommended a third visit a week later as a double check. We have used Glen a few times to help out with unwanted wasps nests (in different locations). He has always been very quick to get to us, very efficient in dealing with the problem and let us know what to expect after. We will definitely use him again if we have any more pest issues.

Suspected I had a wasps nest in the eaves of my house and rang Glen who arrived within the hour. He confirmed that I did indeed have wasps, and treated the nest immediately. Reassured me that if any were still alive he would return to deal with them. Very pleased with his service, prompt and courteous. Will definitely use again for any pest problems.

Fantastic professional service. Rats were getting into the wall cavities via a hole in the neighbours house. Surekill dealt with everything and spoke with the neighbour to get them on board with the issue, and got them to consult with their landlord to get the hole blocked up. They have pencilled in a follow up call to lay the poison and also check with the neighbour to ensure the landord will fill in the hole and prevent them coming back. Great service.
