We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

James came out to sort out a large wasp nest in the roof. He was professional and enthusiastic and after dealing with the wasps and the nest we were more than happy. Contacted Mick of Kestrel Pest Management for a loft clearance of Rat contaminated loft insulation. Mick carried out a site visit first and gave me a spot estimate of cost. He also gave me a verbal and emailed plan for the operation, and kept me updated on his expected arrival. He arrived on the agreed date and time, and commenced protecting the carpets and landing area with dust protection sheets at the property. After removal and bagging all of the old loft insulation, he carried out cleaning and disinfection of the loft area. The insulation was then replaced with new, to the correct government recommended depth. All of the loft debris was then removed promptly, by a certified waste contractor from the premises. I personally cannot thank Mick and Connor enough, as they also cleaned out lots of remnant builders lath plaster, that had been under the old loft insulation for years. Both guys worked very hard, and carried out a first-class job. I would recommend this company 100%. I have had my fingers burnt by substandard contractor’s work on numerous occasions in the past. These guys have renewed my faith in humanity, that there are great company’s out there, hence the five-star review. These guys don’t only talk the talk, they walk the walk! Cleared out & cleaned my mums loft! Incredibly kind and professional. They did a great job, no judgements on the volume of things to clear. Cleaned up after they were done, the carpet was actually cleaner than it was before they started. Cannot recommend highly enough! Brilliant!!

I would definitely recommend Dean over everyone else, he came out to us the day after we rang him, not like some of the others we tried, he was very thorough with what he was going to do to with the unwelcome mice we had, he explained everything and the problem of the mice was quickly resolved. Fantastic service, such a lovely bloke! Was stressing thinking we had bed bugs in our caravan. Mick looked at the pictures i sent and advised they didn't look like the bugs but would come out and check for me! He came out to check really quickly and and made me feel at ease that we were safe and it was spider poop after we got the sheet out of the bin to inspect 🙈😂 Mick took the time to show me what a bed bug looked like and the cycle of them so i knew what to look for!
