I would definitely recommend Dean over everyone else, he came out to us the day after we rang him, not like some of the others we tried, he was very thorough with what he was going to do to with the unwelcome mice we had, he explained everything and the problem of the mice was quickly resolved. We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. Liam did a great job at removing moths/larvae in my house and giving thorough advice for treatment. He is on time, does a job properly and with care and he even came back to resolve what his colleague didn’t do. So ask for Liam for a job well done. Phill is also great!!!

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. Great service from Vinny.we were planning a pre wedding garden party and discovered a wasps nest in the ground the evening before. Rang Vinny as we suspected we had a wasp nest in the loft. He was here within an hour of calling him. When he arrived he was professional and straight on with the job. Vinny spent some time looking around the outside of the house to locate the nest and then went into the loft. To my surprise there was nothing there this time. Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. They answear when their available and always get back to you when they have a minute . They will try help as much as they can. Thanks guys. 😊

Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

I woke up this morning and had an absolute meltdown because I found what I thought were rat droppings on my windowsill. In an absolute panic I called Pestforce asking when they could get to me, the guy I spoke to was so lovely and reassuring he really calmed down my anxiety. They said they could fit me in today which was really reassuring. Anyways, turns out the rat droppings were just caterpillar poop from the plant on the windowsill. Disaster diverted! If I ever do have a rodent issue in the future though I won’t hesitate to call Pestforce as the guy I spoke to was genuinely so nice and reassuring.

Met stephan but contacted Malcolm initially. Very approachable and professional. Stephan came to visit the same day and made myself at ease.
