Can’t recommend this company enough. Contacted Ian last night & he came this morning to treat an ant infestation in my garden. Very reliable, knowledgeable & polite & friendly. Called Ian at Cedar pest control due to an infestation of wasps/nest in out bay window. Ian was very prompt and arrived the following day to reaolve the issue. He has great knowledge and experience and would not hesitate to use him again.

I phoned Ian and within 45 minutes he was on my doorstep to deal with the wasp nest we had found. 15 minutes later, all sorted. Great service.

Quickest service in the West! I've sent Steve an email regarding a wasp hive, and the next day he calls me to discuss it in more detail and within half an hour he was already at my door. Contacted Steve, he managed to visit same day. Identified entry point for rodents, sealed this up and dealt with unpleasant odours. Very knowledgeable, explained the issues. Would recommend.

Was at a loss with mice problems appearing all over house. Steve came within the hour for a first look and did a thorough check of the house and put plans in place straight away. Mice gone within a week involving three visits. Very knowledgeable and clearly an expert on these things. So friendly and empathetic towards us all, would certainly recommend.

Tom was such a great individual. We have had some rats in our attic. He not only came right on time, but he was so incredibly kind and helpful. Can’t recommend him enough.

Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

David and Katie came out promptly, identified the rodent issue and put measures in place to resolve, along with weekly visits until we were pest free. Also recommended preventative measures to stop repeat events along with a contact that helped us put those in place saving future hassle and cost. Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

Darren responded at short notice to remove the wasp nest from my elderly mother's house as the wasps were flying around the bedroom.
