Contacted Steve, he managed to visit same day. Identified entry point for rodents, sealed this up and dealt with unpleasant odours. Very knowledgeable, explained the issues. Would recommend.

Was at a loss with mice problems appearing all over house. Steve came within the hour for a first look and did a thorough check of the house and put plans in place straight away. Mice gone within a week involving three visits. Very knowledgeable and clearly an expert on these things. So friendly and empathetic towards us all, would certainly recommend.

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation.
