Called Ian at Cedar pest control due to an infestation of wasps/nest in out bay window. Ian was very prompt and arrived the following day to reaolve the issue. He has great knowledge and experience and would not hesitate to use him again.

Rang Ian on Monday evening to discuss a problem I was having with wasps nesting in the loft. Ian was extremely helpful and told me the cost there and then. By 10am the following morning, he had called round and sorted the problem. Excellent service and value for money. Would highly recommend this local company to others.

Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

Rob answered my initial phone call after suspecting a rat had entered our renovation project. He came round within the hour as he was passing through the area, gave me some great advice on next steps to remove the issue before any serious work was required. Absolutely Top Guy, We have had rats for a few months in our attic space and I was unable to catch / trap them myself, Rob visited and thoroughly inspected our property and drains. He quickly found a few places that needed attention. He baited while using cameras and he caught 2 straight off the bat. He has been back to check and so far so good. Amazing service. Prompt and very professional.very knowledgeable and quickly found entry points for how the rats had got into our house . After setting traps was in touch regularly to check if they had caught any rats. When we had very quick to come dispose of caught animal and traps reset. Contacted Yor through their website and got a phone call back within a couple of hours. The following day Rob came out to check the issue, laid some poison down and offered some advice. Not only did Rob sort my pest problem but he also happened to mention that his son does loft boarding as well. He came round and offered a very reasonable quote so now not only is my loft pest free it's also fully boarded, correctly insulated and also has a new loft hatch installed! Absolutely brilliant service, strongly recommend!

Very, very happy with the service the Viking team have provided. They were friendly, very polite and helpful, while doing an excellent job of fitting bird mesh to our Solar installation, on what is not the easiest roof to access. In addition they cleaned under the panels and removed all the debris. We'd highly recommend Viking to everyone. We even had entertainment value when the pigeons came back and couldn't get in.

Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. Rang mick after I got stung from a wasp nest in my shed mick came that day powdered the nest and got the items I needed from the shed. He came back later in the week and removed the nest.
