From sending Neil an email to him coming to sort the problem. All done in less than 24hrs. Fantastic, friendly help and advice given from the get go. Had two wasps nest in my soffits, Neil asked questions from the start. With a very good price given. A rough time of day was given , then a time was sorted once I informed him I was home. Called when 15 mins away, came sorted the nests. One very VERY happy customer. Thank you Neil will definitely be keeping your card.👍

Myself and my neighbour used The Pest Company for a rat problem we had in our terrace houses. I found Neil to be very polite and professional in the house. He conducted his work quickly with no mess at all. He explained everything and was very reassuring in his advice and made it clear he would be available at any point if we needed him. Simons professional approach and easy to work with attitude was a breath of fresh air. Brilliant service from Simon at Vespa. Came out on a Sunday morning to sort a wasp nest out, really friendly chap who has done a brilliant job at getting rid of the wasps. Really good price as well, if you need somebody to sort wasps out this is the company you need.

We had issues with Rats chewing through the walls and floorboards of our rented property. Wasptec were quick and helpful. Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. We cannot recommend Crest Pest Control Enough! Mark from Crest Pes Control came to help us resolve a mouse issue. He was very friendly, spent time understanding the issue, listening to what we had heard and explained what the causes could be, how he would be able to resolve it and how we can prevent it going forward. Made 4 visit for the price of 3, everything was very reassuring and Mark explained each week what the results of the previous weeks actions were and what we should expect over the next. Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!
