Contacted Riddex one morning after noticing an issue with rats in my garage. Within minutes I'd received a reply and within a couple of hours Antony arrived. He quickly sussed what the problem was, where they were and devised a plan. Throughout this experience his knowledgeable explanations and professionalism put us completely at ease. Communication was great, I always received a prompt reply and was never left wondering about anything. On top of all this he's a sound guy who genuinely wants to help. Highly recommended.

Had to call Riddex out for my parents house after hearing scratching noises. Anthony came out same day, placed traps and over a period of 4 weeks solved the issue. I would highly recommend, he is very knowledgeable, polite and punctual, always explained what he was doing and the next steps he needed to take. Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. Had our 3 visits by Neil completed today - very knowledgeable and pointed out what we can do to proof our property and stop anything further. Very thorough and give us some piece of mind about everything, thank you! The company are also very good at being prompt and each visit was early in the day and we received calls both the day before to confirm and the day of when he was on the way.

Richard dealt with a mouse problem which was driving both me and my kitty crazy a few months ago. He was brilliant; very knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and thorough. Amazing service! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The unwelcome 'lodger' was swiftly removed from my loft, and Mark charged a fair price. The added bonus is because he's an animal lover, wherever possible he will ensure that the 'pests' are removed humanely and aren't harmed. The visitor that was in my loft will be released on to moorland away from houses. Thanks once again, delighted with the service.

I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.

Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. Jony did our 2nd treatment very well. Fast and reliable. Went above and beyond as far as doing some carpentry for a hard to reach area and sealed that off also for a strong and effective result in avoiding the pests to return. Thank you Jony :)

Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

Gary came out the same day as calling him. He was very knowledgeable and set up with all the correct equipment. He sorted the wasp’s nest at a very reasonable price and even returned to doubly make sure the wasps had gone free of charge. Gary is a friendly person who puts his clients first. I recommended him to my neighbour who was also pleased with his work. “Gary is the man!”

Phoned Gary yesterday. He was as good as his word and arrived today. He promptly dealt with an aggressive wasps nest. Thank goodness we did not attempt to remove. He wore the necessary protection and took the nest with him. Would not hesitate to use him again. Many thanks Gary.

Had two wasps nest in my soffits, Neil asked questions from the start. With a very good price given. A rough time of day was given , then a time was sorted once I informed him I was home.
