Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

Juan was very helpful very kind everytime wen he comes gives good customer service good to block the wholes in the house thank you hustman.

My husband and I cannot recommend Anthony enough, from the moment we contacted him regarding our issue with rats, his reassurance and knowledge made us know we had made the right choice in using his services. Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. Really good service - quick, effective and great communication. He recommended the cheaper option when he could have easily upsold me the more expensive one as I didn't know any differently. Had two wasps nest in my soffits, Neil asked questions from the start. With a very good price given. A rough time of day was given , then a time was sorted once I informed him I was home. Great experience dealing with Richard. Very responsive just before Christmas. We would highly recommend Richard, he is extremely knowledgeable. On his first visit he carried out a through inspection, identified the problem areas and where he thought the point of entry was. Brilliant service all-round. A real thorough job plus he ensured we were happy with the service he provided. In my view it pays to go local to an independent business rather than being ripped off by the "big" pest control companies.

I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.

Very quick and efficient. Arrived within an hour of my phone call after our cat brought a live mouse into the house. Ryan set traps and mouse was caught within a couple of hours and then came to remove the body. Would definitely recommend.

Prompt and efficient service

Gary came out the same day as calling him. He was very knowledgeable and set up with all the correct equipment. He sorted the wasp’s nest at a very reasonable price and even returned to doubly make sure the wasps had gone free of charge. Gary is a friendly person who puts his clients first. I recommended him to my neighbour who was also pleased with his work. “Gary is the man!”

Phoned Gary yesterday. He was as good as his word and arrived today. He promptly dealt with an aggressive wasps nest. Thank goodness we did not attempt to remove. He wore the necessary protection and took the nest with him. Would not hesitate to use him again. Many thanks Gary.
