Very good indeed. Came the same day. My mum was frantic after getting infested by rats, after having a new kitchen fitted. James came the same day, was 1/2 the price of Rentokil who never even turned up, got a refund off them. Highly recommended.

James was really nice guy and very professional explaining everything I needed to know. He sorted my dad’s wasp nest out & also assessed my dad’s Rat issue to check they couldn’t get in the house, with some helpful recommendations, and is keeping an eye on the situation. He given me two follow up calls to check the wasps had gone. I would definitely recommend him

Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. They answear when their available and always get back to you when they have a minute . They will try help as much as they can. Thanks guys. 😊

Liam did a great job at removing moths/larvae in my house and giving thorough advice for treatment. He is on time, does a job properly and with care and he even came back to resolve what his colleague didn’t do. So ask for Liam for a job well done. Phill is also great!!!

The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. We have been using Copley Pest Control for a few years now and have had a pleasant experience. They are reliable, and trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. We text Gary at 7:30am after discovering a wasps nest above our bedroom ceiling the night before. He arrived at 9:30am prompt and immediately took action to eradicate the issue. 100% recommend Gary; both polite and professional 💪👍🙌

Gary came out the same day as calling him. He was very knowledgeable and set up with all the correct equipment. We discovered 4wasps nests in our loft at 2pm today rang Jason who said he would be with us within 3 hours, he was good as his word, arrived at 3.20 pm and dealt with the nests effectively, charged £80 which is amazing value for money, highly recommended

Nobody wants to have to call in pest control, but it sometimes happens. I put off calling Jason for ages because of a ridiculous sense of shame, but when I did, the service I received was exceptional. Jason is a lovely man, polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem, normalising it and leaving me happy and not ashamed at all. I cannot recommend this service more highly.

I would definitely recommend Dean over everyone else, he came out to us the day after we rang him, not like some of the others we tried, he was very thorough with what he was going to do to with the unwelcome mice we had, he explained everything and the problem of the mice was quickly resolved. We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.
