Nobody wants to have to call in pest control, but it sometimes happens. I put off calling Jason for ages because of a ridiculous sense of shame, but when I did, the service I received was exceptional. Jason is a lovely man, polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem, normalising it and leaving me happy and not ashamed at all. I cannot recommend this service more highly.

Jason has helped us with our mice problem. He is friendly, informative and most of all reassuring. I had been on edge before his visit, and within minutes of him being here I felt reassured and more relaxed than I’d felt in the past week. We discovered 4wasps nests in our loft at 2pm today rang Jason who said he would be with us within 3 hours, he was good as his word, arrived at 3.20 pm and dealt with the nests effectively, charged £80 which is amazing value for money, highly recommended

Having spotted pigeons showing an interest in gathering under our recently-installed solar panels, I explored the internet to find local companies with experience in fitting exclusion netting, and also to compare prices. I approached The Pest Company because of the level of information available on their website, in particular their knowledge and training with regard to the legal and humane aspects of bird nest removal. Whilst other quotes were cheaper, the level of information on the website gave me confidence in making the choice. Jack was quick in responding to my initial request for a quote, and he answered my queries quickly, which was reassuring. We arranged a date for the fitting of bird wiring around our solar panels and he arrived on time. Jack and his colleague Liam were friendly and cheerful. We were impressed by their approach to health and safety whilst at work. The installation was fitted within the quoted timescale and it is unobtrusive to look at. The only disappointed ones around were the pigeons. I would recommend Jack and Liam for their speedy response to potential customers and their cheerful, professional approach. Good job done. Thanks!

Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

David and Katie came out promptly, identified the rodent issue and put measures in place to resolve, along with weekly visits until we were pest free. Also recommended preventative measures to stop repeat events along with a contact that helped us put those in place saving future hassle and cost. I would definitely recommend Dean over everyone else, he came out to us the day after we rang him, not like some of the others we tried, he was very thorough with what he was going to do to with the unwelcome mice we had, he explained everything and the problem of the mice was quickly resolved. We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

Excellent service from Tom. He is friendly, professional, and kept me informed all the way. Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. Rang mick after I got stung from a wasp nest in my shed mick came that day powdered the nest and got the items I needed from the shed. He came back later in the week and removed the nest. Mick is a guy with enormous amount of knowledge on pest control great job and very reasonable on price highly recommended.

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. David at Pestek was knowledgeable and helpful about our pest issue and was able to book me in even though it was the week before Christmas. During the consultation phone call I mentioned that there were pets at the property. They were taken into consideration when planning the pest trapping which was great as I felt happy knowing that they weren’t going to get into trouble or be harmed.
