Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

Brilliant service - very knowledgeable and professional. Called us back straight away (on a Sunday) and took the time to explain us bees/wasps behaviour and what we need and what we didn't need! James was brilliant. Really professional and responsive, plus very knowledgeable. He was the second pest controller I had to get out for a rodent problem following the first one not resolving the problem. He was really thorough, clean and got control of the situation very quickly. I’m happy to say he’s resolved the issue and also helped to identify what the root cause was, which was drain related and we are now getting this fixed. He was also cheaper than any others, I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough!

Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. They laid some UV powder down to check for any activity - thankfully there was non on a later check up. Both we’re extremely friendly and professional would recommend.

Who do you turn to when your young adult offspring rings you in a blind panic having been eyeball to eyeball with a rat in her living room? Vespa solutions were absolutely brilliant! We nicknamed him Simon The Destroyer, because he did just that. Simon proved to be knowledgeable, personable, reliable and very brave. Liam did a great job at removing moths/larvae in my house and giving thorough advice for treatment. He is on time, does a job properly and with care and he even came back to resolve what his colleague didn’t do. So ask for Liam for a job well done. Phill is also great!!!

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated.
