We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. I would highly recommend this service and would ask for Liam if I ever had need of the service again. Thank you

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. Liam did a great job at removing moths/larvae in my house and giving thorough advice for treatment. He is on time, does a job properly and with care and he even came back to resolve what his colleague didn’t do. So ask for Liam for a job well done. Phill is also great!!!

Darren responded at short notice to remove the wasp nest from my elderly mother's house as the wasps were flying around the bedroom. He let us know when he was coming and fitted the job into his extremely busy schedule on the day we called. Brilliant service from Darren, swiftly dealing with our rat problem in a few short visits. Additional help added by fitting a door brush to our out place and securing meshing around open drainage space at no extra cost. Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. They answear when their available and always get back to you when they have a minute . They will try help as much as they can. Thanks guys. 😊

Contacted Mick of Kestrel Pest Management for a loft clearance of Rat contaminated loft insulation. Mick carried out a site visit first and gave me a spot estimate of cost. He also gave me a verbal and emailed plan for the operation, and kept me updated on his expected arrival. He arrived on the agreed date and time, and commenced protecting the carpets and landing area with dust protection sheets at the property. After removal and bagging all of the old loft insulation, he carried out cleaning and disinfection of the loft area. The insulation was then replaced with new, to the correct government recommended depth. All of the loft debris was then removed promptly, by a certified waste contractor from the premises. I personally cannot thank Mick and Connor enough, as they also cleaned out lots of remnant builders lath plaster, that had been under the old loft insulation for years. Both guys worked very hard, and carried out a first-class job. I would recommend this company 100%. I have had my fingers burnt by substandard contractor’s work on numerous occasions in the past. These guys have renewed my faith in humanity, that there are great company’s out there, hence the five-star review. These guys don’t only talk the talk, they walk the walk! I needed my loft decontaminating after dealing with a rat problem at home. No companies in my local area offered this service, but Mick at Kestrel was able to quote for it. We can highly recommend the professional team from Kestrel Pest Management. During the process of renovating an old cottage we discovered many, many years (50 years +) of old loft insulation together with very old pest remains and vermin action, which needed to be cleared and cleaned. Mick from Kestrel visited the property and provided a concise and thorough inspection before sending a quote, he then kept us up to date with the process of delivery and how the timing would work. During the actual clearance, which took place over several days, the team worked very hard in a clean and professional manner. This was quite a large job and at all times they informed us of the process in a polite and knowledgeable manner. If you need to have a loft cleared, or any advice of pest control, clearance or similar, these are the guys to go to. Great service and thanks very much.

Fantastic service, such a lovely bloke! Was stressing thinking we had bed bugs in our caravan. Mick looked at the pictures i sent and advised they didn't look like the bugs but would come out and check for me! He came out to check really quickly and and made me feel at ease that we were safe and it was spider poop after we got the sheet out of the bin to inspect 🙈😂 Mick took the time to show me what a bed bug looked like and the cycle of them so i knew what to look for! Dave has been absolutely amazing. I had a wasp nest in the the vent near the roof of my home. Dave came the next day, he has a very kind and professional manner as well as being polite. I called Sentry Pest control to deal with a rodent problem that I noticed my 93 year old mother had at her home. They came out quickly, were very efficient, thorough and considerate. My mother lives 200 miles away and is housebound with early onset dementia. They kindly timed their arrival to coincide with a carer coming to visit her. It took quite a few visits and they kept me informed throughout. I am very happy with the service they provided and grateful for their being so considerate. My mother said they were friendly and very nice, too!

Great service. Dave arrived on time, polite and friendly, talked us through his inspection. Luckily for us, he found it to be an old problem so he explained the best was to clear up the mess and how to deter pests from returning. But explained he'd come back out to us again should we have any further problems. He didn't charge us anything for this service. Thank you! Would highly recommend!

Rang mick after I got stung from a wasp nest in my shed mick came that day powdered the nest and got the items I needed from the shed. He came back later in the week and removed the nest. Great service from Vinny.we were planning a pre wedding garden party and discovered a wasps nest in the ground the evening before. I rang vinny as his was the first number thag came up on Google.was so relieved he said he could come out the next morning.He came on time and had it dealt with.He is a great guy,professional and gets the job done without any mess.The same day we discovered another nest and he came out again and removed it same day.No wasps that evening at all!
