Great service. Dave arrived on time, polite and friendly, talked us through his inspection. Luckily for us, he found it to be an old problem so he explained the best was to clear up the mess and how to deter pests from returning. But explained he'd come back out to us again should we have any further problems. He didn't charge us anything for this service. Thank you! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely top class, professional, fast service, reasonably priced amd Dave is a very nice, friendly man! Yesterday morning we found two wasps nests. Then we found Sentry on Google. Phoned Dave, he answered immediately and was here by lunch time. Dealt with the wasps, chatted and left. By tea time, no more wasps! Recommended without reservation.

Dave has been absolutely amazing. I had a wasp nest in the the vent near the roof of my home. Dave came the next day, he has a very kind and professional manner as well as being polite. He did a fantastic job getting rid of the nest, we would definitely recommend Dave to any friends or family who might have pest issues. Thank you Dave :)

I called Sentry Pest control to deal with a rodent problem that I noticed my 93 year old mother had at her home. They came out quickly, were very efficient, thorough and considerate. My mother lives 200 miles away and is housebound with early onset dementia. They kindly timed their arrival to coincide with a carer coming to visit her. It took quite a few visits and they kept me informed throughout. I am very happy with the service they provided and grateful for their being so considerate. My mother said they were friendly and very nice, too!

Had a wasp nest problem so gave Sykes Pest Control a call. They went to my property the same day whilst I was at work and found the nest and neutralised it. Very quick and very efficient service. Definitely recommend

Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. They answear when their available and always get back to you when they have a minute . They will try help as much as they can. Thanks guys. 😊

We had issues with Rats chewing through the walls and floorboards of our rented property. Wasptec were quick and helpful. Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. Their reports to the council helped clean up our street and provide a safer place to live for us all. 10/10 would recommend for a knowledgeable and polite service. Thank you!😁

Liam did a great job at removing moths/larvae in my house and giving thorough advice for treatment. He is on time, does a job properly and with care and he even came back to resolve what his colleague didn’t do. So ask for Liam for a job well done. Phill is also great!!!

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. Had a terrible wasp problem. Ths came out the same day. Jon advised me that he could clear the wasps nest but to fill in the whole in the wall within 24 hours which l did. Jon also stated that wasps may return. The wasps did return and Jon as been out to resolve the problem free of charge and within a few hours of us calling. The service is second to none. I cannot praise highly enough. If l could give a higher rating than 5 star l would.. Thanks
