We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

Had a terrible wasp problem. Ths came out the same day. Jon advised me that he could clear the wasps nest but to fill in the whole in the wall within 24 hours which l did. Jon also stated that wasps may return. The wasps did return and Jon as been out to resolve the problem free of charge and within a few hours of us calling. The service is second to none. James was brilliant. Really professional and responsive, plus very knowledgeable. He was the second pest controller I had to get out for a rodent problem following the first one not resolving the problem. He was really thorough, clean and got control of the situation very quickly. I’m happy to say he’s resolved the issue and also helped to identify what the root cause was, which was drain related and we are now getting this fixed.
