I would definitely recommend Dean over everyone else, he came out to us the day after we rang him, not like some of the others we tried, he was very thorough with what he was going to do to with the unwelcome mice we had, he explained everything and the problem of the mice was quickly resolved. So I can't thank Dean enough, definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a large wasp nest in our outside kitchen. Dean responded to my call promptly and visited the following day. He sprayed the nest and advised me that within 2 - 4 hours the activity of the wasps would have calmed down and that within 24 -48 hours the nest would be dead. Exactly as he described there were only a few wasps to be seen within 4 hours and there is no longer any activity. Brilliant service and lovely person to deal with.

Such a nice chap. Rang late afternoon, arrived in the evening at 8pm (he’s clearly in demand and works long days!). The problem I thought we had, turned out to be not a problem thankfully. He didn’t charge the earth and clearly very professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, thank you Gary.

Gary came out the same day as calling him. He was very knowledgeable and set up with all the correct equipment. He sorted the wasp’s nest at a very reasonable price and even returned to doubly make sure the wasps had gone free of charge. Gary is a friendly person who puts his clients first. Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. Spoke to Ryan after our property suffered a cluster fly problem, the issue was identified over the phone and I was able to book an appointment for the following day. I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.

We have had an ongoing problem with moles which a previous larger company couldn’t fix, despite us paying well above the odds for their services. MBL, however, have been fantastic. They are good value for money, professional and knowledgable. I only wish I’d have called them sooner. Paul arrived as planned and provided a quote for his services, he set his traps and outlined his way of working. He came back 4 times in total as he set more traps and different traps. Eventually the mole was caught and the problem has not re occurred. I would recommend Paul because he continues until the job is done!!

Our lawn was being systematically destroyed by a mole. We were wary of using the first listing on Google and so used an acquaintance’s recommendation. Paul provided a professional service at an excellent price. He is knowledgeable and shared his course of action to tackle the problem. It took 24 hours and , once contacted, he arrived promptly to remove to culprit! He left a trap in place - just in case - and removed this after a week when there were no further signs of a mole. Excellent and quality service from a local professional. I called in the morning and Paul managed to make the time to come the same day (early afternoon). Great knowledge in dealing with the wasps and bees we had and directed myself on how best and safely to remove them. Came out quickly and assessed the job. We’d already patched up some entry holes around the property; they walked round both ours and neighbours to check for any other possible entry points. From sending Neil an email to him coming to sort the problem. All done in less than 24hrs. Fantastic, friendly help and advice given from the get go.
