Had two wasps nest in my soffits, Neil asked questions from the start. With a very good price given. A rough time of day was given , then a time was sorted once I informed him I was home. Had our 3 visits by Neil completed today - very knowledgeable and pointed out what we can do to proof our property and stop anything further. Very thorough and give us some piece of mind about everything, thank you! The company are also very good at being prompt and each visit was early in the day and we received calls both the day before to confirm and the day of when he was on the way.

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Following indications of rats on my property I contacted Dan abd following a carefully executed and single minded, conscientious project plan and alternative implementation strategies involving various poisons, traps and cameras all trace of tge beasts have been eradicated. David at Pestek was knowledgeable and helpful about our pest issue and was able to book me in even though it was the week before Christmas. During the consultation phone call I mentioned that there were pets at the property. They were taken into consideration when planning the pest trapping which was great as I felt happy knowing that they weren’t going to get into trouble or be harmed. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation.
