What a great guy and service. I phoned Dave just before COB and he attended to my wasps nest at 08:15 the very next day. Very knowledgeable and gave me assurances that within 24 hrs the pesky blighters would be history, and if any problems to call him back to resolve. Also very competitive on price - unmatched! Amazing service. Sunday, wasps seen entering roof space. Glaziers due on Tuesday; didn’t want them being attacked by wasps. Sent message to Pestek. He arrived within 2 hours - on a Sunday! - and cured the problem. Big thank you.

David at Pestek was knowledgeable and helpful about our pest issue and was able to book me in even though it was the week before Christmas. During the consultation phone call I mentioned that there were pets at the property. They were taken into consideration when planning the pest trapping which was great as I felt happy knowing that they weren’t going to get into trouble or be harmed. David came out to check the traps regularly and was always responsive to any questions that I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pestek for any pest control needs.

Rentokil Leeds have completed damp proofing works at my property in Normanton, West Yorkshire today. The whole experience from initial call right through to getting the guarantee by email today has been fantastic. Lee came out to survey the property and was both knowledgeable and professional taking time out to explain damp issues and the processes/options available. Joanne Whitfield in the Leeds office has been absolutely great at keeping me updated and managing to get my works brought forward. Andy the technician who completed the damp work was brilliant, really friendly and extremely professional. Having discovered a woodworm problem in our property, I approached Rentokil. Andrew Walker the surveyor arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew was polite and professional and explained clearly what was required to resolve the issue. He arranged for a technician to attend. Todd the technician was punctual, efficient and he too was very polite. I had to contact the office and was dealt with by Carla, Mandy and Joanne all three were pleasant and helpful. It has been a pleasure dealing with Rentokil and their team and would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Dennis (Surveyor), Andy (Technician), and Joanne (telephone agent) was nothing short of amazing. Came out carried out the survey and reassured me it was a small job after being told it was a big job and would cost over £1k. Dennis provided a report and was honest and his experience shown throughout and the price was much less than what others had quoted. The office was great and kept me updated and ensured all my questions were asked. Andy was great, told me everything I needed and ensured my mind was at rest. Glad I chose Rentokil over others who came out. Thank you and I will defo use you again if needed and recommend you.

Fantastic professional service. Rats were getting into the wall cavities via a hole in the neighbours house. Surekill dealt with everything and spoke with the neighbour to get them on board with the issue, and got them to consult with their landlord to get the hole blocked up. They have pencilled in a follow up call to lay the poison and also check with the neighbour to ensure the landord will fill in the hole and prevent them coming back. Great service.
