I called MSE Pest control as I had a wasp nest in my shed. I phoned at 6pm and they were at my address by 9am the following day. Mark gave us an excellent professional service. He is extremely knowledgeable and a member of all the industries governing bodies. Mark is a friendly guy and gave us lots of Information on what he foud, took pictures to show us the huge problem we had and took the nest away. We messaged MSE Pest Control about a possible rodent in our roof. Text message service is great and response time was the same day with a time offered within a couple of days and costs clearly explained. Mark came at date and time arranged and we were very happy with the service he provided. Very clear about what he would do and gave us excellent follow up advice, as traps were not needed at this time. We will absolutely use them again, if needed!

I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.

Had a terrible wasp problem. Ths came out the same day. Jon advised me that he could clear the wasps nest but to fill in the whole in the wall within 24 hours which l did. Jon also stated that wasps may return. The wasps did return and Jon as been out to resolve the problem free of charge and within a few hours of us calling. The service is second to none.
