Paul arrived as planned and provided a quote for his services, he set his traps and outlined his way of working. He came back 4 times in total as he set more traps and different traps. Eventually the mole was caught and the problem has not re occurred. I would recommend Paul because he continues until the job is done!!

Excellent and quality service from a local professional. I called in the morning and Paul managed to make the time to come the same day (early afternoon). Great knowledge in dealing with the wasps and bees we had and directed myself on how best and safely to remove them. Was very helpful and left some extra in case the wasps didn't leave immediately which they did anyway. Would recommend to all.

Our lawn was being systematically destroyed by a mole. We were wary of using the first listing on Google and so used an acquaintance’s recommendation. Paul provided a professional service at an excellent price. He is knowledgeable and shared his course of action to tackle the problem. It took 24 hours and , once contacted, he arrived promptly to remove to culprit! He left a trap in place - just in case - and removed this after a week when there were no further signs of a mole. We have had an ongoing problem with moles which a previous larger company couldn’t fix, despite us paying well above the odds for their services. MBL, however, have been fantastic. They are good value for money, professional and knowledgable. I only wish I’d have called them sooner. They were able to sort our issue out overnight, having visited our property the day after we called them. We are very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Very happy with my experience. No one wants to deal with pests (in my case mice) but it was a very quick response with Fabian going the extra mile despite it being the end of a long day. It was reassuring to have all my questions answered and Fabian explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully whilst also being very sweet to my little dog making an unpleasant situation as pleasant as it could be!

I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.
