Liam did a great job at removing moths/larvae in my house and giving thorough advice for treatment. He is on time, does a job properly and with care and he even came back to resolve what his colleague didn’t do. So ask for Liam for a job well done. Phill is also great!!!

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. From sending Neil an email to him coming to sort the problem. All done in less than 24hrs. Fantastic, friendly help and advice given from the get go. Mick came at short notice to rid a wasps nest from under my eves. Within 2 hours all signs of wasps were gone. Apart from the dead ones I had to sweep up. Professional service from a very knowledgeable person. I would definitely recommend

Rang mick after I got stung from a wasp nest in my shed mick came that day powdered the nest and got the items I needed from the shed. He came back later in the week and removed the nest. Mick is a guy with enormous amount of knowledge on pest control great job and very reasonable on price highly recommended.

Great service! We had a wasp nest ( in fact 2 as it turned out) in a really inaccessible high up place that we thought was going to be a big and expensive problem. As a family we have used Key West on at least half a dozen occasions now for wasp nests and on one occasion a cat flea infestation. We had issues with Rats chewing through the walls and floorboards of our rented property. Wasptec were quick and helpful. Gareth took action quickly and provided clear instructions on how to handle disposal of poisoned rats. He managed to clear our house of any rodent activity, explaining every action taken. During the consultation phone call I mentioned that there were pets at the property. They were taken into consideration when planning the pest trapping which was great as I felt happy knowing that they weren’t going to get into trouble or be harmed. Great service! I contacted Viking Pest Control regarding some pigeons making my brand new solar panels their home. Tom was quick to respond and came to look the same day. A quote was then sent a few days later! After accepting the quote Tom got me booked in quite quickly so the pigeons couldn't do much more damage and was very good at updating me on times they would be arriving/any information I needed to know. Tom and his brother John arrived promptly and were very friendly. The job was done in a few hours and they have done a great/clean/professional job! Would recommend to anyone in need of pest control!

What a fantastic service! Wasps everywhere in my loft. Messaged Tom first thing and he came within the hour. He explained what he intended to do and offered advice on what to expect in the next 24 hrs. Very, very happy with the service the Viking team have provided. They were friendly, very polite and helpful, while doing an excellent job of fitting bird mesh to our Solar installation, on what is not the easiest roof to access. In addition they cleaned under the panels and removed all the debris. We'd highly recommend Viking to everyone. We even had entertainment value when the pigeons came back and couldn't get in.
