Had a roof tile fly off during horrendous winds, and the friendly team at Yorkshire Roofing came round the very next day in the morning (even arrived early!) and rectified the issue and were able to get the fallen slate back in and ensured my roof was all good. The team also cleared out the debris from my gutter, both fairly priced compared to other roofers! 5*, would certainly recommend! Thanks so much!

Andrew and his team have done several jobs at my home, including replacing our roof in 2021. The quality of workmanship is always excellent. It's no secret to his clients that Andrew is a perfectionist, and that shows in every job he does. But as well as first-class work, Andrew explains everything he does, and is keen to show the work as it progresses (you get a great view of your property from up on a scaffold!). As a customer, I am also reassured by the fact that whenever I've had any issues after the work has been completed (which is rare), Andrew responds immediately to contacts and invariably calls round to check in. Andy and his team have done an incredible job replacing our very old roof. They have encountered many problems with the structure and have found a solution to each one including getting a special steel fabricated and fitted. Andy has kept us up-to-date with everything and has supplied us with many photos and videos of the work they have done as it isn't always easy to see what is happening on a roof!! Andy and his team are the tidiest builders I've ever encountered and their no radio policy is great for someone who works from home. I'm hoping to never have to replace a roof again but I would definitely recommend Andy to anyone who needs roof work doing as the quality of the work and attention to detail is second to none.

Highly recommend ! We had our dormer roof replaced early September 2023. From the quote to after service this company delivered a professional and courteous service . I Had some broken tiles on my porch roof and the lead flashing needed doing too, was worried it would be too smaller job for a reputable roofing company to do, but I was wrong. After replacing my bay windows, I needed to replace the lead flashing and canopy. I contacted several so-called specialist companies who either did not turn up or were not interested in undertaking the work. One independent said he could do the job (August 2024) then he said he had a holiday and made excuse after excuse and then gave me a date (Jan 2025)! So, what has this got to do with a review for Roofserve, they simply are not like this and are very professional. I contacted Roofserve and very quickly a site visit was arranged so an exact price could be calculated. The surveyor arrived exactly on time and used a high-tech camera to take pictures of the condition of the original lead work. He explained everything very clearly and said a quote would be available in a couple of days. The quote duly arrived and I accepted and made arrangements for the work to be completed (Sept 2024). Geof and Kev arrived exactly on time and completed the job in a very professional way. They were happy to answer any questions, and cleaned up the work area when they had completed the work. The standard of the work is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Roofserve and in particular Geof and Kev.

Tony and his team have been brilliant and have done an excellent job on our house. Stripped off our old roof, fitted a new roof plus guttering and pipes. Great experience using SY Roofing Repairs. Communication with David before the work was excellent and though I was slightly worried as I was working away during the repairs I needn't have worried. I was kept up to date on progress throughout and received photos of what they were doing. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and the guys were great at clearing up after themselves. We are very impressed with the work David and his team carried out on our home.
