Andrew and his team have done several jobs at my home, including replacing our roof in 2021. The quality of workmanship is always excellent. It's no secret to his clients that Andrew is a perfectionist, and that shows in every job he does. But as well as first-class work, Andrew explains everything he does, and is keen to show the work as it progresses (you get a great view of your property from up on a scaffold!). As a customer, I am also reassured by the fact that whenever I've had any issues after the work has been completed (which is rare), Andrew responds immediately to contacts and invariably calls round to check in. The fact that I always go back to Andrew when more work is needed speaks volumes about how helpful and trustworthy he and his team are.

Andy and his team have done an incredible job replacing our very old roof. They have encountered many problems with the structure and have found a solution to each one including getting a special steel fabricated and fitted. Andy has kept us up-to-date with everything and has supplied us with many photos and videos of the work they have done as it isn't always easy to see what is happening on a roof!! Andy and his team are the tidiest builders I've ever encountered and their no radio policy is great for someone who works from home. I'm hoping to never have to replace a roof again but I would definitely recommend Andy to anyone who needs roof work doing as the quality of the work and attention to detail is second to none.

I would highly recommend Andy and his team following the work they have done on our re-roof. Due to the age and condition of our roof several unforeseen problems were encountered along the way, Andy always kept us well informed throughout and came up with solutions each time, at no point did we think the work wouldn't be finished to the highest standard. The attention to detail is second to none and you can tell that Andy and the team take great pride in their work.

Andrew undertook a complete reroof of our house including tiles, membrane, lead, and where necessary, remedial work to timbers. He also replaced our loft insulation and brought it up to standard. He is a perfectionist and would never cut corners but insures the job is done to his very high standards. He is an excellent communicator and kept us up-to-date with progress and any issues throughout the process. His team worked hard and he always left the site tidy at the end of each day. We would highly recommend him.

I had two ridge tiles come off during the recent strong winds. No hesitation contacting Action Roofing once again. Matt came out on the Sunday and recommended a dry fix solution for the entire roof. Incredible tradesman and our go to business anytime we have roofing issues. They made a great job of replacing my ridge tiles with a dry ridge system, they clad my fascias, replaced missing and broken roof tiles and replaced the guttering and fall pipes. Ryan and Peter have just replaced the guttering, drainpipes, facia's and soffit's on my elderly mum's bungalow. They completed the work to a very high standard, were friendly, helpful, tidy and professional and were extremely competitive in their pricing. The biggest compliment I can give them however, is that they were trustworthy. In a profession that can quite regularly be occupied by 'cowboys' Ryan and Peter were fantastic. Needed a whole new roof on my house including my dormer fixing as it was full of leaks that were getting worse by the minute. Peter and his team where friendly and reliable, scaffolding was up nice and quick, the job was completed in just a few days and it looks great.

My mother got a roof done a year ago when it collapsed and when I took her to go see them she got all emotional and started to tear up. A company like this is incredible. They were the only company in town that wanted to help her while she was overseas! This company stands for alot more than just a job. They helped her emotional through a tough time, listened to her and provided support. I can not express my gratitude for them enough and can't recommend them enough. I cannot speak highly enough about Nathan and his team. I’d been let down by three other companies who had promised to quote and had never turned up to inspect the job. Nathan came out as promised, gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and a fair quote. His guys turned up on time on the arranged day and carried out the work with great professionalism. They also kept me informed throughout the job by taking photos of the progress as obviously I couldn’t get up on the roof to inspect everything. Thoroughly recommend this firm. Nathan came to give a free competitive quote, within a week of accepting the quote we had a date. I'm writing this review as a last resort, but since nobody is showing up it doesn't really matter how it will influence our 10 year relation (guarantee period). I will do my best to keep this short and honest. Let's see how I do. So we've picked the quote from M&S for a complete re-roof (inc gutters, fascias) with flat roof repair to stop it from dripping and soaking up the side wall. For the re-roof pretty straight-forward job, picked the tiles we like and it went quite smoothly. Flat roof was supposed to be done so it doesn't drip- any way they see fit. They have offered re-felting it, seemed reasonable, so that was agreed. Unfortunately, either by lack of experience or the quality of work, the roof is still dripping, in the same places, soaking up the wall. On top of that, the main roof gutter, where it joins with our n-bours gutter, has been leaking. And since it's at the joint, it makes a lovely waterfall onto my n-bours walls and windows. ALL the issues above have been fixed now. Below you can see all the updates and how long it took. In general the company is reliable, just a shame they are soooo busy, it's hard work to meet up with them. Ive attached a pic of before and after gutter correction. If google allows it I will keep this review in edit and up to date after each and every significant development of situation- both good and bad. If there's no progress I shall update every two weeks stating just that- no progress. UPDATE 1 28.02.22- Mr Simon has paid me a visit to discuss the repairs. Spaces between gutters will be filled to prevent leaking. Flat roof is a bit more of a complex problem, but shall be dealt with as well. As promised to keep it fair, one star up and I shall update on thursday 3.3.22. UPDATE 2 8.03.22- we are waiting for dry day. It was raining almost all previous week. Should be better in coming days. UPDATE 3 11.03.22 All issues have been tended to. It is a trustworthy company after all, just busy.

Used M&S roofing to remove and install a new GRP roof where the original one had been poorly installed by a previous tradesman and ended up failing after 3 years. They came when they said they would, completed the job in the timescale indicated, (despite the british summer weather, providing a challenge half way through) did a good job and issued warrenty and guarantee. Joe the supervisor and his colleagues were polite and professional. Happy to recommend them.
