Craig came out 4 quote to price up full roof l8er it came via email,decided 4 roof repair coming l8er to quote friendly no trouble for help.After some thought decided to go with replacement roof as less than 10k & roof 50+ years old excellent choice of tile types ,colours,2 thickness,awaiting for site manager nick to contact for job to be started.Dean rang 6/11/24 to say scaffold coming 8/11/24 from us 10am then reroof 11/11/24 8am both dates on time, this was done in a day! with loads of roofers, cleared up mess & even removed old carpet in loft with no trouble,great set of lads .At the end showed photo's before of stripped roof ( what a mess) & afterwards such an improvement comes with 20 year guarantee .If roofers needed these are highly recommended well worth it for the price

After booking to have my guttering cleaned the service I received from start to finish was excellent and I would highly recommend them. I had my leaky roof fixed in a good time frame to say it was the festive period. After works were completed I received photos to show what had been done. Asked 5towns roofing to look at a problem on my roof. They came when they said, put a drone up and then sent me a quote shortly afterwards (it was to do with my chimney). They then arrived on the day they said they would and did the job at a fair price. I’ve had a few roof problems over the years and 5 towns has probably been my best experience with a roofing company. Up to now it seems to have fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend them to others and it’s not often you can say this.

Woke up to a waterfall in the bathroom and kitchen. Filled in the online quote form, was contacted within a hour, came round within hour to quote including showing photos of the problem, then came within couple of hours to replaced broken/missing tiles. Extremely reasonably priced, fab lads very polite and quick. Top service. Would definitely recommend and will be using them when need full roof replacement.

Hi everyone I would really recommend this company for any Roofing repairs. Felix spotted a damaged beam which he repaired but 2 other companies missed it. All the work was completed in the time I was told and they cleared the rubbish and swept up. The guys were friendly and polite. I need future work done and I will be getting them back in.

High Design did a great job replacing our roof from start to finish, within a week of contacting Felix he came out, priced the work, on agreement the scaffolding was up on the Friday and by the end of Monday the work was done. The lads were very efficient and professional and all the rubbish was taken away. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend

Really impressed with Felix. He was super prompt with supplying a quote and getting round to get the work done on our chimney. It was competitive pricing and done quickly. There's a ten year guarantee so you feel in good hands. His communication was really good and even came over one day in person to tell me when the weather was too bad to do the work. Scott and the guys recently carried out some roof and gutter repairs for my elderly father. A slightly creative solution was required, the kind of thing that many contractors wouldn’t have taken the time to patiently solve. Can't fault Scott and Wayne at all, I got in touch after a bad storm. We had water coming into a bedroom, he came out the same day, had a look and also noticed the ridge tiles were in a state, priced up for everything that needed doing which was a great price, 2 days later all done.
