After booking to have my guttering cleaned the service I received from start to finish was excellent and I would highly recommend them. Daniel came to do the job and was polite, friendly and above all totally professional explaining everything and answering any questions. A big 10 out of 10 from me!

Craig came out 4 quote to price up full roof l8er it came via email,decided 4 roof repair coming l8er to quote friendly no trouble for help.After some thought decided to go with replacement roof as less than 10k & roof 50+ years old excellent choice of tile types ,colours,2 thickness,awaiting for site manager nick to contact for job to be started.Dean rang 6/11/24 to say scaffold coming 8/11/24 from us 10am then reroof 11/11/24 8am both dates on time, this was done in a day! with loads of roofers, cleared up mess & even removed old carpet in loft with no trouble,great set of lads .At the end showed photo's before of stripped roof ( what a mess) & afterwards such an improvement comes with 20 year guarantee .If roofers needed these are highly recommended well worth it for the price

Really impressed with Felix. He was super prompt with supplying a quote and getting round to get the work done on our chimney. It was competitive pricing and done quickly. There's a ten year guarantee so you feel in good hands. His communication was really good and even came over one day in person to tell me when the weather was too bad to do the work. High Design did a great job replacing our roof from start to finish, within a week of contacting Felix he came out, priced the work, on agreement the scaffolding was up on the Friday and by the end of Monday the work was done. The lads were very efficient and professional and all the rubbish was taken away. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend

After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

Great experience throughout. The quote stage was very prompt and easy with numerous photos taken of the roof during the survey to show the issues from closer up. As requested, two options were given for ways to resolve the issues. We were pleased with the quote and scheduling the work was simple with great communication. The two guys who did the work on the day were friendly and seemed very efficient. The work quality appeared excellent. Very easy to deal with and would recommend. Very professional throughout.

Excellent company and service. John came the next day after I called to look at leaking lead flashing. It was replaced and made water tight within a week, even with the very cold weather. Asked 5towns roofing to look at a problem on my roof. They came when they said, put a drone up and then sent me a quote shortly afterwards (it was to do with my chimney). They then arrived on the day they said they would and did the job at a fair price. I’ve had a few roof problems over the years and 5 towns has probably been my best experience with a roofing company. Up to now it seems to have fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend them to others and it’s not often you can say this.

Scott and the guys recently carried out some roof and gutter repairs for my elderly father. Can't fault Scott and Wayne at all, I got in touch after a bad storm. We had water coming into a bedroom, he came out the same day, had a look and also noticed the ridge tiles were in a state, priced up for everything that needed doing which was a great price, 2 days later all done.
