After being a patient of Mr Hartley for many years, I was very nervous seeing Laura for the first time. I needn't have worried. Joanne the receptionist was so kind and reassuring as I waited for my appointment. Laura was very kind and informative all the way through the treatment and kept checking to make sure that I was not in any discomfort. My teeth felt great when I left and I cannot recommend The Town Dental highly enough and will certainly be less nervous in the future.

My case was complicated due to me breaking my old NHS bridge,my dentist was unable to fit implants for me,as I didn't want a denture. So through recommendations I went to see Dr Divyesh Sonigra,he along with Dr Laura Mikutyte came together and planned a course of treatment to have dental implants along with crowns and implant bridge. The surgery was complex due to needing a bone graft,Catherine the dental nurse was very reassuring during the whole procedure. I can't thank the team at The Town Dental enough for there expertise and care that I have received through out the whole process. Tim Scanlon

First time with the new dentist Laura and I was very impressed with the treatment I recieved. A very thorough check of my teeth, gums and soft tissue areas of my mouth followed by an intensive scaling and polishing. Laura continually asked if I was OK and gave an explanation of the procedures being carried out. All the staff were very friendly and the receptionist was very helpful. Look forward to my next visit. I saw Dr Khan for an emergency appointment. Wisdom tooth severely decayed and infected and pulp on display. Lots of excruciating pain. She was the only dentist active that day and was kind enough based on my pain levels to see me in between patients. She was very sweet and informative, she was empathetic and tried her absolute best to help me with my issue. Unfortunately she wasnāt able to extract my tooth because my roots are so long and bent, she referred me to hospital immediately and called me when referral was done. Very happy with the service and I plan on using the dental practice she works at for further treatment. Thank you very much Dr. khan. Have a great weekend

I visited the hygenist Hayley today. Her and Amy were amazing. They both put me at ease and the banter between them made me forget about the fact that I hate visiting the dentist. I went to the dentist as part of my molar had fallen out. Harjeevan Sandhu, my dentist, explained everything that was going to happen, he had a very calming persona and he was so very gentle when giving my injection that I didnāt actually feel it! Afterwards he checked that everything was ok and that I understood the options moving forward. I highly recommend him!

I have recently visited Sania Khan at Woods dental practice. She was new to me but she made a nervous patient feel comfortable and reassured by her welcome. Throughout my treatment she explained everything and throughout checked that I was happy with the treatment that she was giving me. I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in todayās day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. šš¾

Absolutely fantastic place, the attention to detail, compassion, and understanding is amazing. As someone who struggles with severe anxiety I was put at ease the moment I stepped through the door. I have accompanied my mum to the Old Church for several years and their customer service is always superb. Itās a beautiful building, immaculate inside with a calm atmosphere. Each member of staff is so warm and welcoming they immediately put you at ease. I have never been to a more friendly practice where everyone is helpful, chatty and show genuine interest in their patients. My mum is very happy going there and looks forward to her regular visits as they treat her with the utmost care and respect.

Having been to the Old Church Dental Practice and having always been worried by attending dentists, this group of specialists really do take that dread away. Moazzam is a real dental artist, kind and caring and the finished tooth is a work of art. Thelma is also kind and caring and a real specialist. Having had root canal treatment her work is precise and painless a real gem. In general, all team members are polite, always courteous and wanting to put you at your ease.

Honestly a completely different experience to anything I've had before. Every single person is friendly, helpful and it (almost) makes going to the dentist a pleasure. The receptionists are all kind, helpful and do everything they can to make your visit as pleasant as going to the dentist can be. I have seen two of the dentists at the practice and both are amazing at what they do, not only in terms of the quality of their work but also makes a refreshing change to have all options explained fully to be able to make an informed decision. I won't go anywhere else, unless all the staff leave. Highly recommend The Old Church.

I rang up complaining of pain at 11:15am got seen the same day at 12pm only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room. The dentist did an amazing job, and I was feeling much better by the end of the appointment. Receptionists were polite and friendly. Premises were extremely clean. Free car park close by. Over all extremely happy with the service. Would definitely recommend to others.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Rangzeb. He released my daughterās posterior tongue tie and the whole process was great. The pre op and post op care was very extensive and no question was silly or too much. He even gave us his personal phone number, which I felt was really going above and beyond. I was really nervous about the procedure and Dr Rangzeb was so empathetic towards that. He really put both of us at ease and my daughter felt so comfortable with him. Iād recommend this practice to anyone who wants a caring, professional clinic with some of the highest level of expertise in the country. We will be returning for my son when he is ready for the same procedure. Dr Rangzeb is a very rare findāŗļø we need more health care professionals like him. Many thanks for everything!

I never worry about coming for a regular check up as everyone is so lovely they make it a pleasure. A couple if years ago i had to have root canal treatment, which people dread, but all went ahead smoothly with no pain whatsoever. I would recommend Town Hall Dental to anyone.

I wanted to put a review on to say how fabulous Fozia and the team have been for me. I have recently moved to the area and needed to find a decent dentist, I was recommended Aspley Dental. Sadly over Christmas I had an infection in a tooth that I knew had to come out due to being impacted. Fozia helped me when she was on call over Christmas and also booked me in for an extraction. It was the first (and hopefully the last) tooth Iāve ever needed to lose. It was a tricky extraction to say the least, however, Fozia was amazing in dealing with me, both as a nervous patient and the procedure. Iāve met with two dentists (Fozia and Jason) at the practice now and both have really taken their time to explain things to me. The reception team are lovely too. I canāt thank the team enough for looking after me and my tooth. I am incredibly grateful that Iāve found a great dentist. I can only ever recommend their services. Many thanks all š

I have been going to Hewett's dental for 20 years with my children and I can honestly say they are amazing. We have seen Seby for many many years and he is so lovely and puts you at ease immediately. He is amazing with our autistic child, who suffers from anxiety. I also suffer from anxiety and he puts me at ease also. I saw the hygienist yesterday for a filling and clean and polish and she was brilliant with me, I was extremely anxious, but she had a very calm demeanour and numbed the areas before injecting the anaesthetic so I didn't feel it. I wasn't the easiest of patients but she took her time with me and the result was fantastic!! I would highly recommend Hewett's to anyone, especially those who are nervous

Had an emergency filling on my front tooth and was recommended this place in Bradford (I'm from Leeds). The Dentist A. Ayoub was extremely patient and professional with me and went over the filling making alterations to the shape and size over and over until I was satisfied with the final look and feel. Pity I'm not local or I would 100% switch to this Dental Practice as my Dentist.

Emily performed a tooth extraction on me today. It was much better than I expected, didn't feel any pain except pulling and tugging. Has some pain during the day, Paracetamol cured that. Because I'm on blood thinners I expected more bleeding but it seems to have settled down. Excellent job.

Could not recommend the practice enough, from my own experience and that of my childrens. The receptionists are always so lovely, helpful and easy to chat to whilst waiting for your app. As a parent its super important that my children are made to feel safe and comfortable, Dr Alia in particular is absolutely amazing with them both. She was able to put my very anxious daughter at ease and explains every detail to them so well, and answers all their never ending questions. She is honestly the only reason my daughter is no longer anxious to visit, and why my son (7) was so easy going about having some of his stuburn baby teeth removed. I've also experienced the staff going above and beyond when my son had broken an adult tooth, fitting him in during a busy day to fix it. Forever grateful for that!! I'm also made to feel extremely comfortable and have every option for treatments explained. Having not had the best experience at a previous practice, I can honestly say I wouldn't ever want to go elsewhere. Thanks so so much to everyone who works there.

After neglecting my teeth for years and not being able to get an NHS dentist, I decided to take the plunge for some private treatment - Alia had no judgement, a fantastic "bedside manner" and put me completely at ease with the impending doom of what I was going to experience. Everything was explained to me perfectly, I can actually understanding what was needed and what should be done. I honestly cant praise the team enough, every single one of them, to the point i'm actually looking forward to my next treatment. EDIT: For completions sake, I have now finished my treatment and feel fantastic, one extra filling was found to be needed and was rectified at an existing appointment, which was fantastic that they took the time to extend my appointment in order to carry out the work there and then while i was already numb. I cant recommend the team enough, after so many years of neglect, my teeth are now back to as good as they could be, no longer hurting or sensitive, whiter, and feel fantastic - I had to go private due to necessity, however, I calculated the cost of my treatment plan, it actually turns out to be cheaper than it would have been on the NHS, if you divide the total cost I have paid vs the timeframe i've not visited a dentist - while this might not be the case for everyone, I certainly count myself lucky. Thanks again to the team, in their entirety, and I will be back to you March next year for my checkup!.
