Been here for years, all staff is extremely polite, very helpful and care minded. My previous dentist at Hunslet, I had experience was very bad they charge me for check up, then re book me for filling and on the day of filling they charge me check up fee again plus ontop of my filling fee. Where as New Smile they don't, they do it accordingly to NHS rule. My previous dentist fillings keep failing after a while where as New Smile are very good can't say I would go to another dentist than these. Absolutely recommend New Smile and my Dentist James.

Well I was quite phobic about going to the dentist and had let my teeth get into a bit of a state. But Dr Gill at Smiles in Chapel Allerton has made it an (almost!) pleasant experience! I have had a few composites to cover sensitive areas of my teeth where gums have receded a bit and a large gap in my front teeth closed which looks and feels so much better! Dr Gill always discusses treatments carefully with me before hand so that I fully know what to expect during the procedure. I never feel pushed into unnecessary treatments. Reception staff are friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Smiles.

A genuinely lovely bunch of gals, from the dentist and assistants to the receptionist. Prices are quite reasonable and options are explained clearly. Being able to see a 3D scan of your teeth is really cool too which you get with your checkup. I'm very happy I chose Smiles.

(I tried another dentist in Beeston who were charging double the prices as thi, it was an absolute rip off) This one is affordable and my dentist Kalpana and her assistant were both amazing. New patient at The Tooth Spa. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcomed by the friendly staff. Dr. Mansour is excellent —thorough, professional, and explaining everything clearly along the way. The place is clean and modern. And has decent road parking next to it.

One word ( unbelievable) staff & dentist’s . Called them this morning at 10:30am was seen by 3:30pm ! I drove 6hrs Round trip because I hear they where very good here & it was true! I had a bad half a tooth 🦷 destruction ! The first dentist in another firm left me in a poor way . Today was so easy . I’m going to make The tooth spa my regular. Parking outside on the street. Clean work place Great staff Dentist had lots of experience for a young man & talked me through the lot . Felt safe especially after last experience. I forgot to ask the dentist his name tho 🫣

I have recently had 2 different implant procedures by Dr Ferakh. For someone that has dental anxiety, I couldn’t be happier with the step by step information I was given on each visit. Each procedure was discussed in detail together with timings, making me feel completely at ease, so much so the final fitting was done without the need for an aesthetic. The end result is perfect, they feel like they are my own. Thanks to the great work by the team, I now have a full set of teeth for the first time in over 20 years!

Great customer service, lovely clean and stylish practice. The receptionists are really friendly and kept me up to date about my treatment. My consultation was comfortable, i was nervous about my treatment but Dr Phil End put me at ease explaining it in detail and was full of advise. Highly recommended. I have had my composite bonding and WOW my teeth look unreal, I have been for my check up & polish which was great and it put my mind a ease about how I am doing with aftercare of my composites. I could go on and on but 5 stars from me, anyone wanting composite bonding should 100% book in for a consultation with Dr Phil End. Thank you ☺️

What else can I say, Tass on reception, Tom the treatment coordinator, Ruth the dental nurse, and Dr Nicolas are all absolutely amazing people. I have been a patient at this practice for many years. Julian is an excellent practitioner, very skilled, kind and courteous. He provides only treatment that is necessary and I have never felt encouraged to take on procedures that are more costly or additional to my dental needs. On several occasions I have required treatment at short notice and have never had to wait long to be accommodated. The reception staff are excellent - friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Teeth at Oakwood.

I saw Dr. Salameh this morning for a check up and clean. She was fantastic - very friendly, clearly explained everything she was doing, so I felt like I came out understanding a lot more than I did at other dentists. She put me at ease and gave me some helpful advice for looking after my teeth.

I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly. I have become increasingly nervous about attending the dentist over the years and felt quite anxious about my upcoming visit for a new crown. My appointment was with Julian and I can honestly say that his care and calming manner has, in just over an hour, had a huge impact in resetting my view about dentist visits. Julian carefully explained each step of the process and gave me some excellent tips about distraction and relaxation. He plays very calming classical music and the atmosphere made me feel very at ease. He was gentle, kind and also clearly very skilled at his work. I will be back in 2 weeks for part two and I have no worries about it at all. Quite a transformation!

I have just finished my Invisalign journey with City Smile Dental after about two years and the results have been brilliant! From the initial consultation to now everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. Dr Ayman has been amazing throughout, and was always very thorough and transparent with what to expect. I was always fully informed before making any decisions (which included a tooth removal) and was never rushed into anything. After previously having a bad experience with an NHS orthodontist where I felt rushed through and left without any understanding of the next steps, in contrast I could feel how much pride Dr Ayman has in his work and that he took the time to consider what was best for my case. I’ve had a great experience and felt completely at ease the whole time, I would highly recommend this team to anyone!

I don’t even know where to start. I was always very insecure about my smile and would never show my teeth in a single photo. In just 7 months my teeth are straight and whitened. Ayman and his lovely nurse Rachel are an incredible team! Ayman is a perfectionist and gives the best honest advice. Getting the Invisalign treatment has been the greatest choice of my life. Found this dentist by accident and honestly as a very, very nervous dental patient,I couldn't be happier. Immediately after initial introductions from reception staff to the nurses and dentist himself ,I felt at ease. Prior to registering with this dentist ,I always felt I needed sedated after horrendous experiences in the past,however attending this clinic in the past week has me actually very keen to take better care of my oral health. My own overall health hasn't been the best in the past few years and my teeth have suffered as well as my smile,as a result. I've been booked in quickly ,treated with respect and dignity ,been allowed to take breaks when I've needed it and they completely understood what I call my 'teeth trauma'. They have been transparent with prices ,they are not over inflated pricing either but more importantly for me, they want to put my gum health, teeth and smile and my disposition at the forefront of my treatment plan and make sure I'm feeling confident in what lies ahead of me. I have been able to combine private and NHS dental ,something that alot of other dentists nowadays seem to steer clear of. We've all seen the costs of uk dental spike and we know why people go abroad for oral health care but if all dentists were like this ,they would definitely stay home . Also after speaking with the dentist and other staff, they are all doing some form of CPD (continuous professional development) telling me,that they are committed to the jobs they are undertaking . Just another reason to feel secure in their care. The staff ,and I mean all of them have given me back the confidence in the dentist again . Maybe not fully ,but with the care and attention I've received I'm sure I'll get there. I cannot recommend this dentist enough and have already done so to friends and family.
