Recently joined as haven't been able to get into a dentist in years and this isn't too far from mine. They booked me in straight away! (I tried another dentist in Beeston who were charging double the prices as thi, it was an absolute rip off) This one is affordable and my dentist Kalpana and her assistant were both amazing. Really recommend!

Excellent customer service, and very reasonable fees! I absolutely recommend this dentists, as it's a friendly professional atmosphere there, and they make you feel welcome. Well done, Zayra! I don’t even know where to start. I was always very insecure about my smile and would never show my teeth in a single photo. In just 7 months my teeth are straight and whitened. Ayman and his lovely nurse Rachel are an incredible team! Ayman is a perfectionist and gives the best honest advice. Getting the Invisalign treatment has been the greatest choice of my life. Not only have I gained incredible self confidence, but also you can’t stop me from smiling now :) Ayman has given me the confidence in my smile which I will be forever grateful. Rachel is one of the sweetest dental nurses I have ever met and makes you feel at ease and comfortable with every appointment. I cannot recommend Ayman and Rachel enough!

I have just finished my Invisalign journey with City Smile Dental after about two years and the results have been brilliant! From the initial consultation to now everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. Dr Ayman has been amazing throughout, and was always very thorough and transparent with what to expect. I was always fully informed before making any decisions (which included a tooth removal) and was never rushed into anything. After previously having a bad experience with an NHS orthodontist where I felt rushed through and left without any understanding of the next steps, in contrast I could feel how much pride Dr Ayman has in his work and that he took the time to consider what was best for my case. I’ve had a great experience and felt completely at ease the whole time, I would highly recommend this team to anyone!

Dr Ayman was amazing from the start of my Invisalign journey to the end. We went through the procedure in detail so I knew what to expect. Even when I moved to Birmingham they were very understanding and flexible with my appointments. The staff were super friendly and it was nice walking in knowing everyone on first name basis. Found this dentist by accident and honestly as a very, very nervous dental patient,I couldn't be happier. Immediately after initial introductions from reception staff to the nurses and dentist himself ,I felt at ease. Prior to registering with this dentist ,I always felt I needed sedated after horrendous experiences in the past,however attending this clinic in the past week has me actually very keen to take better care of my oral health. My own overall health hasn't been the best in the past few years and my teeth have suffered as well as my smile,as a result. I've been booked in quickly ,treated with respect and dignity ,been allowed to take breaks when I've needed it and they completely understood what I call my 'teeth trauma'. They have been transparent with prices ,they are not over inflated pricing either but more importantly for me, they want to put my gum health, teeth and smile and my disposition at the forefront of my treatment plan and make sure I'm feeling confident in what lies ahead of me. I have been able to combine private and NHS dental ,something that alot of other dentists nowadays seem to steer clear of. We've all seen the costs of uk dental spike and we know why people go abroad for oral health care but if all dentists were like this ,they would definitely stay home . Also after speaking with the dentist and other staff, they are all doing some form of CPD (continuous professional development) telling me,that they are committed to the jobs they are undertaking . Just another reason to feel secure in their care. The staff ,and I mean all of them have given me back the confidence in the dentist again . Maybe not fully ,but with the care and attention I've received I'm sure I'll get there. I cannot recommend this dentist enough and have already done so to friends and family.

Been here for years, all staff is extremely polite, very helpful and care minded. My previous dentist at Hunslet, I had experience was very bad they charge me for check up, then re book me for filling and on the day of filling they charge me check up fee again plus ontop of my filling fee. Where as New Smile they don't, they do it accordingly to NHS rule. My previous dentist fillings keep failing after a while where as New Smile are very good can't say I would go to another dentist than these. Absolutely recommend New Smile and my Dentist James.

I had a crown fitted on one of my back teeth, it was very fast with the whole procedure only taking 40 minutes and I was shocked when I had the numbing injections and didn't feel a thing, not even the "sharp scratch" that was expected. All the staff are extremely friendly and professional and I would recommend anyone looking for a dentist to come here.

One word ( unbelievable) staff & dentist’s . Called them this morning at 10:30am was seen by 3:30pm ! I drove 6hrs Round trip because I hear they where very good here & it was true! I had a bad half a tooth 🦷 destruction ! The first dentist in another firm left me in a poor way . Today was so easy . I’m going to make The tooth spa my regular. Parking outside on the street. Clean work place Great staff Dentist had lots of experience for a young man & talked me through the lot . Felt safe especially after last experience. I forgot to ask the dentist his name tho 🫣

Fantastic service- from reception ladies to the dentist. I had a great experience when I went in for an extraction. My dentist had no bookings available. Tooth spa were able to see me same day and on a Saturday too! saved me from having to endure weeks of pain. I had no complications, I was pain free in less than 24 hours apart from a slight discomfort ( normal). Everyone is different but it’s important to follow the dentist advice on how to keep it clean. The procedure was quick.would definitely recommend tooth spa!

Doha Salameh is an exceptional and accomplished dentist. She has an excellent bedside manner so to speak and kept me reassured throughout my lengthy and difficult procedure. I had to go back for some further treatment with Julian and he was just excellent. I am so pleased with the level of service I have received, highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years. Julian is an excellent practitioner, very skilled, kind and courteous. He provides only treatment that is necessary and I have never felt encouraged to take on procedures that are more costly or additional to my dental needs. On several occasions I have required treatment at short notice and have never had to wait long to be accommodated. The reception staff are excellent - friendly, helpful and efficient. I saw Dr. Salameh this morning for a check up and clean. She was fantastic - very friendly, clearly explained everything she was doing, so I felt like I came out understanding a lot more than I did at other dentists. She put me at ease and gave me some helpful advice for looking after my teeth.

I hadn’t been to the dentist for about 7 years, and every time I thought about going I got really scared and just avoided it all together. Dr Fiona and her team have been really great at making me feel comfortable and have put me at ease and explained everything to me. They’ve really helped me overcome my fear of the dentists and I couldn’t recommend them more!

Well I was quite phobic about going to the dentist and had let my teeth get into a bit of a state. But Dr Gill at Smiles in Chapel Allerton has made it an (almost!) pleasant experience! I have had a few composites to cover sensitive areas of my teeth where gums have receded a bit and a large gap in my front teeth closed which looks and feels so much better! Dr Gill always discusses treatments carefully with me before hand so that I fully know what to expect during the procedure. I never feel pushed into unnecessary treatments. Reception staff are friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Smiles.

Dr Gill has given me three fillings. I was really nervous about them but she was very reassuring and the process was smooth and stress free. I have recently had 2 different implant procedures by Dr Ferakh. For someone that has dental anxiety, I couldn’t be happier with the step by step information I was given on each visit. I have had my composite bonding and WOW my teeth look unreal, I have been for my check up & polish which was great and it put my mind a ease about how I am doing with aftercare of my composites.
