Had a dead tooth that needed removing , was causing severe pain. Called just for 10am, had an appointment confirmed for 10:30. By 11:10 the extraction had been completed and I was on my way home. The staff were so polite and super caring ensuring I knew exactly what was happening and making sure I was ok throughout. Extremely professional and would 100% recommend

10/10 Amazing experience highly recommend. Had my consultation with Dr Kunal in regards to having a straighter smile. Dr Kunal talked me through the process and made me feel super comfortable in the consultation. I am now on my aligner journey and can already see amazing results. Super excited to see how my teeth look at the end.

First visit with Meliora Dental - Very pleasant staff. Kunal managed to fit my 1 year old in very quickly after an incident at the weekend, he was extremely patient with her and tried to make her feel as comfortable in the surroundings as possible. 10/10 service.

Fabiha did a thorough job on the hygiene check and spotted a couple of areas that need attention. From the second I arrived at the dentist and was booked in by Barbie, to the moment Debbie did the payments and booked my next session, all staff were really friendly and helpful.

Sarah is a kind & considerate Dentist who works with her patients & their fears. A good balance between reassuring & pulling back. Highly recommended. It’s taken a while for me to find a Dentist in Leeds having the same Dentist down South for years.

Could not recommend Barbie and Oakwood Dental more highly. I was nervous about having aligners (I had Reveal as an alternative to Invisalign due to the type of work required) but the process was smooth, not painful, less expensive than other local options, and the results are great - I should have done it years ago. Barbie and her team were always communicative and tried hard to work around my limited availability due to work commitments.

The treatment I had was carried out professionally and thoroughly. Friendly staff. I am very satisfied.

Dr Helen and her assistant were honestly the kindest dentists I've ever dealt with. I was incredibly nervous removing an infected tooth after my wisdom tooth damaged it. Dr Helen is highly knowledgeable and straight up gave me all the options and her recommendations, she didn't water anything down but somehow was very empathetic at the same time. She has the patience of a saint and can have a laugh without compromising her professionalism. I am writing this review with no interest in the 10% discount, I am genuinely happy with their service. Polish dentistry seems to be where it's at, man.

Booked an emergency appointment because no ability to get one with NHS. Booking process was really easy, reception lady polite and friendly,I get an appointment on same day. Doctor made some X-RAYs and explained everything very clearly and done some emergency job. Thank you Poldent!

Had a 111 appointment here and i didn't get any work done but i was very happy with the results, the women dentist had a look at my face and straight away said i needed antibiotics before they could do anything till it went, she had a look to see witch was the problem tooth and ask if i would like to be sedated as i have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist so that made me so happy, that's all I've ever wanted but couldn't get it done before. I go back monday for a xray to send of to the dentist that will be doing my sedated. am so happy with the outcome and actually can't wait to get my tooth sorted for once.

I don't like dental work, which is unfortunate as I seem to end up with lots of it. But, having seen Faye for the last few years, she makes it so much nicer. She understands my nerves and also talks through everything that is happening before doing it. She's amazing. Reception staff are also really helpful and will try their best to get you seen quickly for emergencies.

Went for my dental check up today. This practice has a big turn over of staff but its no detriment to the level of professionalism. Another new dentist greeted me Faisal Bashir and he is a delightful man who made me feel very welcome . It was only an examination so I cannot comment on his skills performing any operations but he came across confident and professional.

I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was so nervous about my new patient exam when I first came 6 months ago. Joseph was so kind and really gentle with me, he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything. He gave me great recommendations and when I came back yesterday for my checkup I wasn't nervous at all! Everyone here is so lovely and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much! Great dentists. I haven't been to a dentist for years due to no NHS availability and lack of funds and my teeth are in a bad state. There was no judgement from any of the team, everyone just wants to get my teeth sorted. I have felt so at ease on every visit.

I was referred here for an emergency tooth extraction and can not speak highly enough of the experience. From the lovely lady manning the front desk to the assistants, everyone was great. Dr. Joseph was thoroughly professional, personable and knowledgeable. I am now pain free for the first time in weeks and can't thank them/him enough. Keep up the great work!

Came in on a Sunday afternoon with toothache - I saw Poppy and Maria and they were both so reassuring and made me feel really comfortable as I was quite nervous. The procedure was super quick and everything was explained to me. It is a little pricey but for an emergency appointment on a Sunday afternoon I think it’s justified. Overall a good experience and I would recommend.

Sam & Alex saved the day for me! I broke a lower incisor at about 6:30pm tonight, by 8:30pm I was in the chair having my tooth built back up with composite bond! Absolutely fantastic emergency dental service! I am incredibly grateful to them both! Thank you 😊

I had to find emergency dental work for my son with an infected and decayed wisdom tooth. My son was really worried about having an extraction as he has always had problems with local anesthesia not fully suppressing his discomfort. David & the team were amazing, so patient, reassuring and understanding and they all worked with him to get the job done quickly and with no pain. My son has suffered for most of his life with a fear of getting dental treatment but they have restored his faith in their profession. I was extremely impressed by how lovely every member of staff were. I would certainly highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been a Jem for 20 plus years and my children are there now also. Recently, after a 111 appointment and antibiotics, I needed an emergency appointment for one of my children due to an abscess. They managed to get her an appointment 3 days later on a Saturday for a review and even managed to book her in an hour later for the tooth to be taken out. Every member of staff were wonderful. From the first receptionist, who booked the appointment and talked to me about what would happen. The 2nd receptionist on the day of the appointment and both of the dentists we saw.

Been with JEM dental care for many years and have had various dentists since I started going there. All have been excellent and caring especially since I am a nervous patient. I have never had an issue with the practice and feel lucky to have them. Practice Manager is absolutely lovely. No negatives to report.
