I called Grant a bit concerned about a light fitting which was hot and smelled of burning. He was courteous and asked a few questions to ascertain how urgent the job was. He determined that he should come straight out and it's a very good job he did, we were scarily close to having a house fire. He and the other gentleman who came out (sorry I missed his name!) were friendly, professional and efficient, I felt comfortable that we were in good hands. The invoice was very reasonable for the work carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others

Tony responded quickly to my request for a quote for work to be completed at my Son's flat. The work was completed on time and professionally. The team are friendly and prices are very reasonable. We needed the final bit of the work done quickly before a tenant was due to move in and Tony really helped us out to meet a quick turn round. Kept us updated all the way. Scott Electrical Ltd of Leeds were highly recommended and today they installed an electric vehicle charging point - an EO Mini Pro 2 - at my home, having been recommended/selected by the manufacturer. Paul and his colleague arrived promptly and set about their business in a professional and efficient way. They took the time to explain relevant issues and knew the product inside out. Their knowledge and expertise was apparent throughout the quite complex installation and this was clearly illustrated In the way they dealt with and explained the software and related app issues. They tidied all away upon completion and promised follow-up contact to ensure that all was running smoothly. Tom has recently completed some electrical renovations to our bathroom including the fitting of 6 down lights, a new extraction fan, an illuminated bathroom mirror and some new switches and wiring. His prices were extremely competitive, he was punctual very friendly and helpful. He completed the work on time and on budget he left the house clean and tidy. Dave and Steve did our electrical work on our double storey extension. For someone who knew nothing about electrics they gave me advice and put my mind at ease. What a great experience. I called in a panic as my electric had gone off. We talked through on the phone and discovered the issue lay with Northern power grid. They provided the emergency number and even checked in later that day to check if all was resolved. DP came to fit us an electric car charger. David was so helpful when he came to measure up and quote and even came back and remeasured /requoted when we wanted something different. He was patient and explained the different options and reasons why. When David and his colleague came to do the job they were friendly and efficient. They have done such a tidy job, keeping all wiring as hidden as possible. We would definitely recommend DP for any electric work you need doing.
