A friendly garage with great communication and transparency in explaining the process and duration for brake skimming. Great garage, only started using them last year but never had a problem and have always sorted out any issues I’ve had with my car and always fitted me in where they can even quickly popping my car up for them to have a look. You hear horror stories of vehicles having a service/MOT but then breaking down straight after however this did not happen to me and I completed a 400mile round trip the day after. Van feels great. If you include the quality of the work, the professional and friendly attitude, and the great explanation of works undertaken I can't rate RB Vehicle Repair Centre anything less than five stars. I will use again!

My clutch cable snapped while I was out and about this afternoon. After phoning a few garages to see if they could get me in, i phoned Rob and asked if he could fit me in. Squeezed my car in for diagnostics at short notice. Cleared the faults from the system, advised me on what parts were needed if the faults showed up again and even gave me an estimate on the spot. Didn't charge me a penny for any of this, fantastic service and will definitely use again in future.

Phil is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have been going here on and off from being a young lad with my first car and looked after by this family firm firstly by the sadly late and great Roger now Phil. My advice is book early as its always busy and loads of cars outside. I had an immobiliser issue and Phil gave me a number to try resolve my problem even though I hadn't been in for a while. We have used Chapel Auto's services on our cars for many years and can say, in all honesty, that we wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else. MOT, servicing and running repairs all completed to a high standard and at a very fair price. I even tried to get them to fail my wife's car so she'd have to get a new one but they were having none of it! Overall, excellent, prompt and friendly service.
