I needed a leak from the shower tracing and as the leak was only showing on the floor of the room next door it wasn't a simple job. Miles kept me fully aware of the steps he intended to take in way of investigation and he did an excellent job. The bottom line is I fully recommend Sunnybank Plumbing Services for workmanship, professionalism, dedication and value for money. It's staying in my contacts list.

I had a problem with my boiler [ heating ok but no hot water ]. Within about 1 and a half hours of phoning Haigh and son, the engineer came and fixed the problem.May I also say that the lady who answers the phone has a terrific manner and is extremely helpful.

Danny was brilliant, very helpful, and friendly was at my elderly parents within 24hrs and had fixed the heating within 90mins including going for parts , the price he quoted was the price he charged(very reasonable)with NO hidden extras . Recently had a new boiler fitted after repeated issues with our old one which eventually packed up. Danny and his team were brilliant, they were quick with responses and getting us a quote. It was so quick and easy, completed all the paperwork for the finance online which took 5 mins and next day they were here fitting it. The work they have done is top quality, we would one thousand percent recommend them and will back for all future work we need!

I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Very good and tidy worker - keeps mess under control even when removing old tiles etc. Knows his stauff and inspires confidence which is not misplaced. Has installed two showers, replaced a toilet and basin, replaced several taps, repaired a toilet cistern, replaced a hot water cylinder (dramatically improving the shower pressure). Really pleased with his work - highly recommended. Also extremely happy with the tilers he uses.

Had a new boiler fitted and all my radiators overhauled with new valves plus a new radiator in my bathroom! Adam and his friend Dan did an amazing job. When I contacted him he took time to listen to my requirements and suggested a boiler to meet my needs, he quoted very quickly and was true to the quote. He arrived 15 mins early on the agreed day and got straight to work. The job was done to an extremely high standard and he tidied up after himself even relaying a carpet that had to be pulled back. I can't recommend him highly enough, his professionalism and work ethic are top notch. Will definitely use from now on! Brilliant experience!

I called GPC on a Saturday morning, to ask if they could come out to investigate why my gas fire wouldn't light. They rang back later that afternoon & arranged for their engineer to attend on Thursday afternoon,They did say were busy & gave me a slot of between 3-5. The engineer arrived at 5.30 & apologised for being late but other jobs had taken longer than planned. He tested the gas fire,carried out a test on the chimney breast in the loft, then stripped everything out of the fire & discovered it was covered in rubble & dust & all the jets were blocked. He cleaned everything out of the fire & out of the gas jets,got it all working again, rebuilt it all, carried out another smoke test & was happy that the fire & flue were working as they should. He was very polite,professional & made no mess at all considering how bad it was at back of my fire,he covered the carpet with a large sheet & vacuumed everything up that had come out of the fire. Great service & work carried out. Will be glad to recommend this company to anyone who needs quality workmanship carrying out.
