I thought I had a wasp nest as saw lots of wasps flying into one of the air bricks in my house. I made an online query with Direct Pest Control at around 9pm on Friday night & received a text straightaway from them saying that a member of staff will call me in the morning to arrange the call out. This happened as planned. Lee attended my property on time & he was friendly and professional. He explained that I had honey bees in the air brick & they'd go on their own accord. I was not charged for the call out and Lee did a great job putting my mind at rest.

Very quick and efficient. Arrived within an hour of my phone call after our cat brought a live mouse into the house. Ryan set traps and mouse was caught within a couple of hours and then came to remove the body. Would definitely recommend.
