Absolutely fantastic service. We had a wasps nest in a really awkward place to get to. Rick came the day after I contacted him and got to sorting our problem. He had to come back and spray it again due to the awkwardness of the nest placement but he was happy to and the problem is now gone and I can open my windows again. Professional, responsive and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Rang mick after I got stung from a wasp nest in my shed mick came that day powdered the nest and got the items I needed from the shed. He came back later in the week and removed the nest. Mick is a guy with enormous amount of knowledge on pest control great job and very reasonable on price highly recommended.

Mick responsed really quickly to my call, coming the next day even though I rang on a Sunday. He was very professional and sorted my mice problem out. Excellent service and a very good price. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic service, such a lovely bloke! Was stressing thinking we had bed bugs in our caravan. Mick looked at the pictures i sent and advised they didn't look like the bugs but would come out and check for me! He came out to check really quickly and and made me feel at ease that we were safe and it was spider poop after we got the sheet out of the bin to inspect 🙈😂 Mick took the time to show me what a bed bug looked like and the cycle of them so i knew what to look for! We discovered 4wasps nests in our loft at 2pm today rang Jason who said he would be with us within 3 hours, he was good as his word, arrived at 3.20 pm and dealt with the nests effectively, charged £80 which is amazing value for money, highly recommended

Nobody wants to have to call in pest control, but it sometimes happens. I put off calling Jason for ages because of a ridiculous sense of shame, but when I did, the service I received was exceptional. Jason is a lovely man, polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem, normalising it and leaving me happy and not ashamed at all. I cannot recommend this service more highly.

We use Dean at Yorkshire Pest control to help out at one of our dental practices in Kiverton and have done for a while. He visits regularly and always responds quickly in an emergency when needed. Would happily recommend.

Contacted Mick of Kestrel Pest Management for a loft clearance of Rat contaminated loft insulation. Mick carried out a site visit first and gave me a spot estimate of cost. He also gave me a verbal and emailed plan for the operation, and kept me updated on his expected arrival. He arrived on the agreed date and time, and commenced protecting the carpets and landing area with dust protection sheets at the property. After removal and bagging all of the old loft insulation, he carried out cleaning and disinfection of the loft area. The insulation was then replaced with new, to the correct government recommended depth. All of the loft debris was then removed promptly, by a certified waste contractor from the premises. I personally cannot thank Mick and Connor enough, as they also cleaned out lots of remnant builders lath plaster, that had been under the old loft insulation for years. Both guys worked very hard, and carried out a first-class job. I would recommend this company 100%. I have had my fingers burnt by substandard contractor’s work on numerous occasions in the past. These guys have renewed my faith in humanity, that there are great company’s out there, hence the five-star review. These guys don’t only talk the talk, they walk the walk! I needed my loft decontaminating after dealing with a rat problem at home. No companies in my local area offered this service, but Mick at Kestrel was able to quote for it. We can highly recommend the professional team from Kestrel Pest Management. During the process of renovating an old cottage we discovered many, many years (50 years +) of old loft insulation together with very old pest remains and vermin action, which needed to be cleared and cleaned. Mick from Kestrel visited the property and provided a concise and thorough inspection before sending a quote, he then kept us up to date with the process of delivery and how the timing would work. During the actual clearance, which took place over several days, the team worked very hard in a clean and professional manner. This was quite a large job and at all times they informed us of the process in a polite and knowledgeable manner. If you need to have a loft cleared, or any advice of pest control, clearance or similar, these are the guys to go to. Great service and thanks very much.

Rang Vinny as we suspected we had a wasp nest in the loft. He was here within an hour of calling him. When he arrived he was professional and straight on with the job. Vinny spent some time looking around the outside of the house to locate the nest and then went into the loft. To my surprise there was nothing there this time. Vinny advised us what to do if we see them again. Great service, would definitely recommend 👍🏼

We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.
