I called Mark on a Saturday late afternoon after getting home to find none of the switches worked & no heating, as we were going to an awards evening in two hours we were desperate to get it working. Mark was excellent & talked through various things for us to try, after trying numerous things unsuccessfully, he came straight to us as soon as he finished the job he was doing ( 5pm Saturday ) . He quickly found the problem & got us back on & able to get the heating & sockets back on & suggested things to help prevent the problem happening again. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark & Newton Electrical.

What a great guy! Called and spoke to Mark on Monday am, after all sockets kept tripping out and had already done a few things to find the problem. He could have charged to come out but instead talked me through a process to find the fault - all sorted in a call. He even called me back to check that I’d sorted it myself. No charge! Unheard of - highly recommend, great service.

When i rang and spoke to Paul he came across very well and i was confident to give him my job to install the car charger. The date was confirmed and Paul himself and one of his colleagues arrived on time. They completed the installation without any issues and their work was of a very high order . Furthermore Paul took the time to explain thoroughly the workings of the EO app which is required for use with the charger. Woke up to discover no power to any of the sockets in the house. Called and described the issue. The response I got was a diagnosis of the possibe problem by being walked through steps to check the electrics. Before arrival was called and informed of a ETA and they arrived promptly. They systemactically went through what might be causing the issue discounting possible issues. Result was a fix, efficiently and professional completed. Advised each step of the way what was been done why. So gave confidence in the work. The price charged for the work was reasonable and the quality was of an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend Flora Electrical Service to anyone. It can be sometime difficult to find reliable trades people and I will be keeping their details in my back pocket.
