Terry was excellent same day appointment, arrived on time, called to say he had arrived, polite and helpful. Repaired the fault. Pricing given before arrival. 5% discount for OAP. I would recommend the service.

Terry arrived on time and attended to the broken lock very efficiently. He even looked at my other door which was sticking and adjusted that so both doors now open/close smoothly and easily. Terry had a lovely, friendly and helpful manner. Very impressed, thank you!

I had a problem with my main door which was very hard to lock and it was getting worse. After some research this company came up with the best reviews. I called them on Thursday afternoon and they came out on the same day, evening time. Terry came out and fixed the problem. Very nice knowledgeable man. Excellent customer service and a fair price. Arrived within the hour to unlock my car after I'd stupidly managed to lock my car keys in my car along with my phone and purse. It took the locksmith no more the 2 minute to open the door without any damage to the lock. I'm hoping to never need this service again but if I do I'd 100% be phoning these guys up again.
