Absolute Locks provide an excellent service. Andy came out at very short notice. Staff are friendly, efficient and provide helpful customer service. Windows were boarded up straight away. Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days. We are very happy with the end result, would recommend to friends and family.

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

We booked this company in the morning as I had managed to jam my external porch doors open due to a problem with the key. The two gentleman who came were pleasant, polite, professional and we felt comfortable having them in our house. Although I did not anticipate that morning having a bill for the doors I do not think the price was extortionate. We would recommend this company.

Lovely gentlemen who came out and replaced our front and back door locks. Later they arranged for, and fit 3 internal door locks to a high standard. Given the internal doors were practically new, a qualified joiner accompanied the locksmith to carry out the relevant work, without me requesting as such, and they ensured a quality finish without any damage. I would not hesitate in recommending Grahams services to anyone. I got in touch regards a very urgent job I needed sorting.He called down to look at what needed doing and gave me what I feel was a very reasonable quote! He then carried out the work for me the morning after (these were not broken locks but ones that needed upgrading). I am very happy with the standard of work carried out by him,and he clearly knew all there was to know about locks and security in general! On top of that he is a genuine,decent and friendly bloke. Took my Cousins car to be looked at because there was a starting issue with it (Vauxhall Astra). Fault found and cleared and clearly explained what the fault had been. Vehicle was checked over before being returned with an invoice which was considerably less than Vauxhall would have charged. Also the key wasn’t in the best condition so it was crimped closed again as all part of the service. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wonderful service provided. Door mechanism had failed. Advice provided and measurement taken for order. Kept updated throughout for the part which was ordered. When it arrived received a call and within 30 minutes the new mechanism was installed, checked over and over to ensure smooth running. The mechanism is better than the previous one that was installed. All materials and waste taken away. Defo will advise everyone to use 'Fifty shades of Green'. Professional and prompt. Could not ask for more. Will defo be using Colin again.

Fantastic service after losing house key. Someone (sorry didn't catch his name) came out to us within fifteen minutes of calling at 10pm on a Saturday night and we were back in the house with a new lock very quickly. Fast, efficient and would definitely recommend.

Had trouble with my French door the key was jammed and we couldn’t lock it . Called Wakefield Lock and key centre they were very friendly and helpful on the phone fitted in a time that suited me to attend the same day. Contacted Wakefield Lock and Key as our door wouldn't lock around 6pm, I was told that they already had a couple of jobs but would get to us as soon as possible, they kept us updated as to when they would get to us. I can't recommend Terry enough the lock had broken and needed replacing and despite it being midnight he ensured all the locking parts were working correctly and lubricated before he left. Outstanding customer service, it's like having a new door.

Called first thing in the morning regarding the lock on a door at the care home I work at sticking and not locking from the inside - the lady I spoke to who got me booked in was very polite and extremely helpful, was able to accommodate a timely call out - i was kept up to date regarding estimated time of arrival. Locksmith named Terry attended who was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable of trade. I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Paul.
