Excellent Service – Highly Recommend! Had a stuck lock today and found Sul’s contact through a Google search. From the start, he was patient as I explained my situation. I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Our Barn door to the rear wouldn't open and we needed extra keys to the front door. Neil was very helpful, he had the keys cut, he was polite and quick to respond and even had a handle to hand to fix the door on the day.

The locks on our composite and french doors were getting difficult to lock, so we called Neil in to take a look. The job was very fiddly and took some time but he managed to fix the locks by adjusting the mechanisms, saving us the cost of buying new doors. Great communication right from the beginning, Neil was very friendly, polite, prompt and was considerate of our property when fixing the locks. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend went to ford(ford transit custom)for key replacement they quoted me over £600 and were unable to cut a key that worked. Called AG auto locks and they came to me at home within an hour charged me significantly less than ford thank you . Also worth mentioning the key replacement turned out to be quite difficult he stuck to what he quoted me absolute gentleman.

Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Both jobs done quickly and without fuss for a great price. Can highly recommend and will use again when needed 👍 Cheers, Steve

Old upvc front door lock was working with door open but not closed. Phoned Andy at Home Secure Leeds. Here within an hour with no call out charge. Identified the problem immediately. Both glass panes out and frames repacked and reassembled within an hour. Replaced the non snap-proof lock with one top of the range. No fitting charge as he was already here. All work guaranteed for a year and the new lock with a ten year warranty. £145 very well spent on a fixed door now with top security. And what a nice man.
