We were very pleased with the immediate response to our call-out which in this day and age is extremely rare. Terry was extremely efficient and pleasant and we would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Terry arrived on time and attended to the broken lock very efficiently. He even looked at my other door which was sticking and adjusted that so both doors now open/close smoothly and easily. Terry had a lovely, friendly and helpful manner. Very impressed, thank you!

I had a problem with my main door which was very hard to lock and it was getting worse. After some research this company came up with the best reviews. I called them on Thursday afternoon and they came out on the same day, evening time. Terry came out and fixed the problem. Very nice knowledgeable man. Excellent customer service and a fair price. It was so easy to pay as he comes with a card machine. My door does not have a standard lock but Jonny was able to provide one that fitted perfectly at short notice and also included extra keys. Lovely gentlemen who came out and replaced our front and back door locks. Later they arranged for, and fit 3 internal door locks to a high standard. Given the internal doors were practically new, a qualified joiner accompanied the locksmith to carry out the relevant work, without me requesting as such, and they ensured a quality finish without any damage.
