We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! He quickly found the fault, repaired the leak and later returned to patch up the ceiling. The result is smooth and flawless. He and his crew were polite, funny and left everything spotless. The price was very reasonable for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

From the moment we chose our bespoke fitted kitchen to the installation everything was fantastic and was carried out fitted to an extremely high standard. The redesign of our kitchen was fabulously done by Jovy. He explained everything in detail, the installation team lead by Danny was first class. The work was carried out on time and to a world class finish. I would highly recommend Clearwater Heating and Plumbing, they were an absolute dream to work with.

Mike installed a fantastic bathroom and downstairs toilet for us. He was very keen to keep us happy with his work, kept us updated on progress, good attention to detail and was very clean and tidy - which is rare ! Really “Fab” (sorry couldn’t resist) service. From the point of contact to finishing the job the support, guidance and work have been excellent. Andy was recommended to us by a friend and we’ll do exactly that moving forward. We had a bit of a dilemma and it was sortes immediately. I have had several really positive dealings with Andy in the last year. He has fitted radiators at my daughters house, and remedied various pipework and boiler issues, not to mention a leaky radiator yesterday too in our home...! He is always friendly and professional. Cannot recommend Andy & team enough, my boiler had broken down in my salon & I was absolutely desperate to get it fixed. I contacted Andy upon recommendation and he fitted me a brand new boiler the next day. Andy kept me updated throughout the whole process, cleaned up & took my old boiler away. Dan was really helpful from our first interaction. We asked him to fix an issue with a bath tap leak and were given really honest information and advice straight away. Dan came out promptly to assess the issue and when it came to fixing it, went above and beyond to make sure it was done to a high standard. After calling out 2 plumbing firms without any success in diagnosing or sorting the problem, I called NB plumbing to what i thought was a pressurised water tank leak. After only a short time, Michael from NB plumbing had diaognosed the problem as a mains water pipe leak under the floor. Within 30 mins, the floor had been partially removed and a 1st class permanent repair carried out. No fuss, no mess, no drama. Very knowledgable and experianced. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
