I have used Duncan for several years for drainage and plumbing problems. He will always come out the same day to at least assess the problem which gives me peace of mind. Then he will fix the problem either there and then or the next day! I would recommend him without hesitation.

Further to a previous positive experience using this company, we didn't hesitate to contact them again. This time, we were without a cold-water supply from our kitchen tap. We called Duncan, he was really helpful, understood our situation, and said he would visit after he finished the job he was working on. He was punctual. After a few minutes, he offered us advice and recommendations. By the end of the afternoon, all was fixed and fully functional again. An excellent, friendly and efficient service! Thanks.

Duncan exceeded all expectations for an emergency call out today and on a Sunday. Although when we phoned he was dealing with an emergency elsewhere he kept us updated as to when he could attend our emergency. Although he was a good few miles away he came to us as soon as he could. We originally thought we had a pipe leak but Duncan very quickly established the leak was potentially coming from the roof area. I would have no hesitation in recommending Duncan

Huw has done amazing work for us one early Saturday morning when we woke up to find a big leak. Felt like we were in good hands from the first communication. Proved equally trustworthy and skilled. Worked efficiently, attention to detail, left clean and tidy. Work was at the highest standards. Will keep him in our books and we would warmly recommend him to others.

Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Excellent service from Ryan, Ryan and all the team during the installation of our air source heat pump. Everything went very smoothly, they were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. After dithering about whether we should get solar for over a year Holt gave us detailed projections and a very competitive quote and in under a month from saying yes the panels were up and generating next day! Great communication, from Mark, Ryan and the team and the works carried out neatly and without any disruption. Highly recommended for both the panels and any boiler work required. 5 stars all round.

Jeremy from SCD Plumbing carried out a power flush and boiler replacement over two days. After the installation of the boiler on the second day, Jeremy took extra care to ensure that all the radiators were working properly. I can thoroughly recommend SCD plumbing. They have helped me out several times. The latest was for a leak from the waste pipes of my bathroom sink. I received a text to let me know they were on their way and they arrived promptly. The plumber was really helpful, fixed the pipes and left the area clean and tidy.

I'm currently renovating a property that has been empty for more than 2 years so felt it appropriate to have the drainage system checked & cleaned in preparation for my eventual occupation. To be honest, I didn't ring around for this service - based on previous reviews I only contacted Canford Drains. I haven't been disappointed. True to his word Mark fitted me in at the earliest opportunity. Darren & George did a great job making sense of my system, thoroughly & methodically cleaning everything out & allowing me the opportunity to view the images from the camera. Used this company on Saturday 4th January 2025. Had a major problem with our sinks and toilet not draining away. Needed some urgent help but was sceptical who to ring. After a few searches on Google I found Canford Drains who had overall amazing internet reviews. Called the owner who sent one of his operatives within 1 hour , I was kept informed of the arrival time constantly. The operative was professional , experienced and sorted the problem within less than an hour. Bearing in mind this was an emergency call out on a Saturday morning and all was sorted within 2 hours of me ringing the cost was very fair. No payment demanded , sent an invoice a few days later.
