First time we have used this company, very impressed and happy. They came to fix our drains very quickly when we had a huge issue. The problem was resolved quick from the time we called them to them coming out. Great job Guys, I will definitely recommend you and use this company again.

Mark has been extremely helpful and understanding on a number of occasions over the phone. We had previously been told by a cowboy company (unbeknownst to us at the time!) that we had thousands of pounds worth of damage and it was urgent we have it done as soon as possible. Phoned Canford Drains (a local company), who reassured us, that with the symptoms we were describing it doesn’t sound as bad as we first thought. Scott has come out to carry out a CCTV survey of our drains today. He has been excellent with showing us the footage, explaining thoroughly what issues there are, how severe / minor they are, and what can be done . This will then all be written up in a report for us along with the footage. (I think this is quite important - the other company didn’t offer us this). Honest and reliable company - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely be our first port of call with any further issues with ours or our families drains.

I'm currently renovating a property that has been empty for more than 2 years so felt it appropriate to have the drainage system checked & cleaned in preparation for my eventual occupation. To be honest, I didn't ring around for this service - based on previous reviews I only contacted Canford Drains. I haven't been disappointed. True to his word Mark fitted me in at the earliest opportunity. Darren & George did a great job making sense of my system, thoroughly & methodically cleaning everything out & allowing me the opportunity to view the images from the camera. Darren explained everything and put my mind at ease. All very professional. No hesitation in recommending the company.

Used this company on Saturday 4th January 2025. Had a major problem with our sinks and toilet not draining away. Needed some urgent help but was sceptical who to ring. After a few searches on Google I found Canford Drains who had overall amazing internet reviews. Called the owner who sent one of his operatives within 1 hour , I was kept informed of the arrival time constantly. The operative was professional , experienced and sorted the problem within less than an hour. Bearing in mind this was an emergency call out on a Saturday morning and all was sorted within 2 hours of me ringing the cost was very fair. No payment demanded , sent an invoice a few days later. I would recommend Canford Drains to anyone with a drainage issue. Thank you Canford Drains.

MK Plumbing & Heating did a great job replacing my old boiler that was 15 years old. They put in a new Glow Worm boiler for me and I'm really happy with it. They gave me the best price out of all the quotes I got and they were super professional. They did the work neatly and didn't leave any mess. I couldn't rate Duncan highly enough. He responded so quickly to my call and cleared a nasty blockage from my drains. Using skill and tenacity he unblocked the drains over the course of a few days and saved me a fortune on calling out a tanker, which most other companies would have recommended. A true professional who takes pride in his work. Drains look brand new.

Further to a previous positive experience using this company, we didn't hesitate to contact them again. This time, we were without a cold-water supply from our kitchen tap. We called Duncan, he was really helpful, understood our situation, and said he would visit after he finished the job he was working on. He was punctual. Duncan exceeded all expectations for an emergency call out today and on a Sunday. Although when we phoned he was dealing with an emergency elsewhere he kept us updated as to when he could attend our emergency. Although he was a good few miles away he came to us as soon as he could. We originally thought we had a pipe leak but Duncan very quickly established the leak was potentially coming from the roof area. I would have no hesitation in recommending Duncan

Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

I contacted Lewis to arrange an appointment with him due to a leak in my bathroom. Lewis explained all the stages he would go through to locate the leak. I was very impressed. Lewis arrived on time, was professional and friendly. He located the leak within 2 hours and dealt with it. I was shocked to see the amount of water that was leaking on to the floor under the bath. Adrian and the team were great. We had a leak which they correctly discovered and efficiently dealt with. Also a big plus is that they are local to us (in Wimborne) and part of a well established local firm (Canford Drains which is well known in the area). I was also recommended by my insurance broker to try another national firm (Polygon) which was approximately twice as expensive. Would totally recommend Wessex.

After months of frustration and many plumbers I was advised by my insurance company to contact a leak detection specialist.
